    This helped my dad stay upright in his wheelchair while going to doctor appointments. It held his upper body. Keep using the chair's lap belt to hold the hips in place. I crossed the shoulder straps behind the neck to keep from sliding to the side.

    Good value but a little aggravating to use if you must un-fasten multiple times a day. I would recommend this product and would purchase again if necessary.

    This is not a one size fits all. Adjusted it to the end of the adjustment straps and it was still to big. Did not see an option for a smaller one.
