5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Camera Printer Combo
Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product. If you want a state of the art HD professional printer/camera, keep moving along, this is not for you. It prints high quality pictures from your phone, but not top of the line quality. It's a fun retro camera/printer that will capture great family and friend pics for albums or display in your home. Super convenient and stylish, I print great quality pics from my phone all the time, and the camera function is there in a pinch if I need it.Likes: prints great photos from your phone via bluetooth, nice case and cool design, photo print quality is very good, several fun options for filters and borders, photos can be edited to get the print to look like you want it to (saturation, sharpness, contrast, etc.), prints come out finished in less than a minute (but not instantly, the picture goes in and out 4 times)Things To Know: this is best used as a printer in my opinion, picture quality will obviously not be as good as your phone when using the camera feature, the little preview screen on the back does not have high enough resolution for you to really be able to tell the quality of the picture you just took (minor blurriness or poor focus will not be obvious), if you're printing more than 10 or 15 photos then you'll need to probably keep it charging
5.0 out of 5 stars fun item, but don't drop it
I am on my second Kodak Mini Shot 3 because I bought it for my teenager and he dropped it. He loved the gift and he is very picky, but he is young and dropped it once and the door came off and something happened internally I guess. So my honest review is that it is a neat gadget and very nice design but it is fragile--more fragile than my other digital cameras. The picture quality isn't great like your phone BUT it does have a cool retro look when printed on the included paper, it's more of an arty thing. I think this product is really fun which is why I replaced it for my son but his friend dropped it again and we are back at square one!Dear Kodak if you are listening maybe you can find a way to make it a sturdier thing.
4.0 out of 5 stars Gift for someone
This was purchased as a gift for my teen. They absolutely love it, which is great. However, the photo quality is pretty awful. Like even worse quality than an instant photo camera from the 1990s. Not sure if this is on purpose and part of the appeal, but my teen is fine with it. You can write on the photos which was the biggest want and it looks like an older camera. Apparently it can also print photos that are from your phone as well. So, lots of fun features as long as you’re cool with the photos being grainy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Everything You Could Want In a Camera
As someone who enjoys a good bit of nostalgia, convenience, fun, and a good-quality camera, the Kodak mini Instant 3 retro was one of the best purchases I’ve made.First and most importantly, I have to talk about the image quality. Along with being a camera, it is also a printer that you can print from your phone. I was expecting photos like the ones from an instant mini Polaroid. The Kodak Mini blew any Polaroids out of the water. It doesn’t take long to print, easily less than 30 seconds. The actual photos are vibrant and colorful and are smudge-free.The camera, of course, is important to talk about. It’s user-friendly with only two buttons. One to turn the camera off and on and another to take the photo. The viewfinder provides guidance and helps to frame your shot. Additionally, the camera has a sleek and somewhat retro look which doesn’t look out of place when you go places and because of the size, you can take it with you basically anywhere.Another factor about this camera that just does it for me is that it isn’t just a camera. It’s a printer to, a printer you can use to print photos directly from your phone. It’s a great feature for those moments you want to cherish and remember but weren’t able to catch directly on your camera.I think it’s also important to talk about battery life when it comes to any technology and in this case, the battery life of this camera. Most importantly, this camera is charged by a cord so you don’t have to worry about going through a bunch of batteries. The Kodak Mini 3 also holds a charge really well. It can go for hours without being charged. It’s a camera that I would recommend to anyone who wants to capture important and cherished memories but doesn’t know how to or can buy a large bulky camera. This is a small and sleek camera that is easy to take with you and a printer that produces good-quality pictures. Personally, I think it’s worth the money. I bought more expensive cameras and they were fine but this is the one that has left an impression.
1.0 out of 5 stars What happened to you Kodak?
Kodak has managed to take all the fun out of the "instant" camera. It's not instant at all. First you have to hold down the on button for a few seconds. Then you take a picture then you select the picture, then you select print to print the picture then it has to warm up. Then the picture goes in and out of the camera 5 times before it's done...slowly. Not instant. Also the quality of the photo is terrible. I would think with all that going in and out and in and out and in and out you would get a decent print but it's not even as good as the original instant cameras which were terrible. Again, Kodak fails. I was walking around a party and wanted to take pictures of guests. "Can I take your pic?""Sure! OMG what is that, is that a giant camera?""Hold on let me turn it on.....it takes a second but it prints right away!"Camera finally comes on.No viewfinder, just a tiny low resolution screen. Hard to see what I'm snapping. So then I take the pic."Is a photo supposed to come out?""Yes it does but I have to go through the menu to find it."Fumble fumble fumble. There it is. Push print."warming up". for like forever. My guest are looking at me expectantly.I set it on the table after it warms up and it sloooowly starts printing... oh wait, it sucks the pic back in again! 5 times! It's agonizing.Cheap plastic. Feels terrible in the hand. Buttons poorly placed right where you want to grip it.I don't see the purpose of this thing...at all.
Muy buen producto!!
Nos tiene fascinados!!
I love this printer
Okay maybe it works as a camera, too, but I've mainly been using it to print photos. They come out really good quality, way better than you'd expect from an instant camera, but it isn't exactly instant - it needs to do a few runs to get all the colours on and laminate it. But it's worth it. I'm taking it on vacation and it will be perfect for daily scrapbooking!
Exatamente como anunciado
Ótimo produto
Buena
Good quality,nice build
Nice one
