I love this knife set. It comes with everything you could need from smaller knives to large ones as well as kitchen scissors. Handwash and dry these as they are prone to rusting.

I have not had this knife set for a month yet and it already has rust on one of the tips of the blades. I wash them by hand so I'm a bit confused. And they're also becoming dull. The set "looks" nice, that's about it.

The stand is cheap, and don’t put these in the dishwasher because the handles aren’t wood and the finish will scratch. They don’t stay sharp for long but there is a sharpening tool but it doesn’t seem to make a difference maybe that’s just me.

Great knife set!
The reason for a four out of five was due to the poor plastic holder. The knives are surprisingly great! The holder is made out of cheap plastic. I would have paid more for a more durable holder.

Just what I was looking for
I can't lie - I was quite tempted by the novelty factor of paisley patterned and rainbow coloured sets of knives that I found in a similar price range to this one. Thankfully I remembered that I like nice things that stand the test of time, and as soon as I opened the box I knew I'd made the right decision to opt for this sleak and stylish collection.These look and feel (to me as a definitely amateur cook) like a professional set of knives. I love that they are all one piece - a feature that I struggled to find elsewhere within my budget. They are super sharp and just feel good to hold and use - I suppose this is what is meant when the pros talk about the weight or balance of a knife. I was a little apprehensive that they would be slippery but this was (thankfully) unfounded, as I am enough of a risk in the kitchen as it is!My next job will be to get one of those magnetic strips to go on the wall, so I can show off my lovely new knives and feel epic every time I select one and it makes a sound like a sword being unsheathed as I pull it from the wall.Assuming they don't let me down on the sword-like sound effects, these really are great knives at great price that I'd definitely recommend.

Looks stylish
The media could not be loaded. These are an excellent kitchen knife set, lightweight and when placed in there knife block look very stylish with its fully rotational stand and different coloured handles, the base is a light plastic but when knife set is in it, it doesn't matter. very sharp and provide clean cuts, complete knife set with scissors and sharpener for your everyday cooking needs, unfortunately they are not dishwasher safe but quick handwash and dry they should last and still look as good, would make as a great gift as they come well packaged in box and are well presented.
