The fabric feels nice and comfortable. With only 30 seconds in the microwave, it stays quite warm (not hot) for the full five minutes I need. And the therapy is helping my eyes.

I’ve had it less than a week, but 20 sec in the microwave, and Im all set- its soft, adjustable, holds the heat well and seems to be helping a bit- I plan to keep using with fingers crossed, it improves my dry eye issue

I recommend this eye mask for anyone suffering from dry eye or sinus irritation . It’s very soothing and fits nicely. Quality is good.The only thing I would want to improve is that it doesn’t stay heated very long. That’s not a defect, just that the materials can only stay warm before it cools naturally.Materials feel good and head strap is sturdy and adjustable.

The eye mask is easy to use. Just 30 seconds (I usually give it only 20) in the microwave and then relax with it over your eyes. The warmth is very comforting. My ophthalmologist recommended I try warm compresses when drops weren't solving my right eye always being dry. She said it can stimulate the oil glands of the eyelash follicles. But so far it feels good but but doesn't fix dry-eye.

I have been struggling with dry eyes for some time. This Eye Compress has been a God send. It is soothing, relaxing and has helped my dry eyes. I love the gentle pressure and when I take it off, my lids are actually damp--I know I am getting the MOIST heat that is needed for the clogged ducts. I use it once every day and it has stopped the burning and tearing in my eyes. I do have to keep up the use because after a couple of days on not using it and my issues are back. The only disadvantage is that immediately after using it, my eyes are a blurry for a little bit. Going to try using it in bed at night to avoid this. I love this so much that I have bought several for friends and will be including this in my Xmas gifts this year.

I have very dry eyes that are painful. I am seeing eye specialists to try and control any eye damage. They have recommended a combination of eye drops and heat. This pad warms very well in the microwave. It is generally not too hot to place on my eyes. Heat makes my eyes feel much better and produces moisture. I use a pad several times a day and my eyes are better.

This is the best dry eye mask I have ever owned. Put it in the micro-wave for a very short time and it is ready. It's soft and comfortable. I use it every night for my eyes and it helps so much. There is a strap you can use if you want. I don't use it and it stays put when I lay down.

My first eye mask was what my opthomologist suggested, which was the Bruner brand. It was good and did a nice job until I left it heating in the microwave for way too long. What a mess. Little beads everywhere. Then I decided to order the My Halos brand, which made my eyes happier. Softer, more flexible, easier to clean, comes with a carrying pouch. Overall, a better product. Now, I'm glad that my previous mask burned up.

Perfect for my needs! I use it twice daily and have had no issues; heat seems to stay evenly distributed. The cover is super soft and I like that it’s removable for washing.
