Working out well, coffee or tea stay warm. Auto shut off is after eight hours, that seems a bit long. But maybe not for candles! I got this for my daughter, she also uses it for jar candles. It will melt the whole candle, so be aware and careful with that.

This has two settings: "Hot" and "Warm".I set it to "Hot" to reheat my coffee when it cools off too much from sitting on the counter. Then I switch it to "Warm" once it's hot again. Make sure you switch it to "Warm" if there's less than 1/3 cup, or it will be too hot to drink: it's very effective.The device only works when there's weight placed on it, and the red/blue power light blinks to indicate that it needs attention -- usually all you have to do to fix that is to lift off the cup and put it back down.I've used it every day for over a year and it works fine -- so I do recommend it.

I loved this mug warmer. I liked the style, the sleekness, the option of 2 temperature settings, the auto shutoff - just everything about it. So you can imagine my disappointment when it just quit working after only a month. I was truly disappointed. I happened to see where the company offered a 12 month warranty and provided an e-mail address with the promise of an answer within 24 hours. I e-mailed and explained the problem and had a response within 2 hours. They apologized profusely and other than asking to confirm my address, they only wanted to know the date the warmer was manufactured so they could troubleshoot. They sent me out a free replacement that day and I have already received it. I realize it's just a mug warmer, but I had looked for a long time to find one that I liked and was upset when it broke . To receive the excellent customer service that I did was unexpected in this day and time and was an added plus. I strongly recommend this product and any product by this company.

I bought this to replace one I had for more than 20 years. It still works, but not as well as it used to. This one looks nicer and the high setting keeps my drinks hotter than my old one ever did. The high setting is sometimes too hot. When my drink is more than half empty, I have to reduce it to the lower setting which is a nice option to have. I have noticed a few times, it had shut itself off which is annoying, but that has only happened a few times (3) in the past couple of months or so that I have had it. Don’t think it will last 20 plus years, but hopefully will last at least 5.

First this is the best desktop coffee warmer I have have owned. I use on an uncluttered desk. It has a touch on and off switch that is totally unobstructed. It has two temperature ranges that I appreciate. I just wouldn’t recommend on a side table where a small child could easily just touch and activate. However for my personal use I love it in the office.

A coworker bought this item for each of us in our department, and I loved it so much that I bought two more of this same exact model for use at home. What I especially like about it is the fact that it automatically shuts off after a few minutes if there is no mug on the warmer, or after 8 hours if the mug is still placed on the warmer. That's a good safety feature. Also, it's simple to use, with one touch-sensitive "button" and two heat settings that are clearly understandable. It keeps my coffee or hot chocolate and a good perfect hot temperature, though with larger mugs you'll need to stir your beverage once in a while to distribute the heat evenly throughout the liquid. Oh, and that's another thing - the heating surface is nice and wide to accommodate pretty much any size mug. I have a very large mug that I didn't think would fit on the heater, but it does. Very happy with this mug warmer!

Have used this for a couple months and it’s “okay”. There are two settings to supposedly keep your drink “warm” or “hot”. The highest setting barely keeps it warm.Works better on mugs with a completely flat base (most mugs have a rim at the base)

I like to drink my coffee in bed in the morning, but I always had to go downstairs and warm it up in the microwave. So I thought I’d try this coffee warmer. Great investment. It keeps my coffee warm and has 2 settings and automatic shut off. I definitely recommend this product.
Works Amazingly Well!
I had a similar product that got spilled on (dog accident) and stopped working. This was a replacement. At first I did not think it would be as hot as I would like, but that was my mistake. If you take your coffee cup off of the machine it cools down, but if your mug is on the machine it stays very warm! I love it!!

Bought this for my wife as she works from home. Usually she dumps a third of a cup of tea because it gets cold...not any more. While this does not keep the tea boiling hot, it does keep it hot enough to enjoy the whole cup!
