This seems to be an amazing product. I ordered it because some reviewers said it helped with sleep and restless leg symptoms. Since buying this product, I have not had to take any chamomile tea to sleep or Motrin for restless legs. (I have an impinged disc.) I did have to experiment with the dosage due to stomach upset and gas, but have found that one capsule morning, noon and night works best for me. I am a 125 lb. female and I do take it with a meal or snack.
