All this was an expensive dog toy (dogs told me it was a fun chew) it is a great replacement for a broken or lost RC. Out of the box, batteries in and it's ready to use. It is just as advertised. The buttons on the remote tell you which cable to the TV you are using. If the sound bar doesn't work you may have accidentally push the button to change connection to the TV. Just push the correct cable setting and you are back in business.

I have a pitbull, she likes to chew on things, twice I have had to replace my soundbar remote and each time I have ordered this product and both times it worked great. Shipping was a breeze, the setup was truly non-existent as it was already paired with the soundbar and really it was place battery in remote and play. I highly recommend this remote for your soundbar and the company who sold it to me is awesome, they followed up and wanted to make sure everything is in working order.

Picked up this soundbar remote after losing all of my remotes in a recent move. This remote is compatible with the Bestian soundbars. It has the exact same layout as the original remote. You’ll forget that it’s a replacement as it works absolutely the same as the original. Excellent price point, which it an even sweeter remote replacement.

Remote is pretty much identical to the one I misplaced for my bestisan sound bar. Worked perfectly right out of the plastic. FYI No batteries are included so make sure you have 2 AA to use it.
