I have dysautonomia, which means I need to be hydrated all the time and drinking "sports drinks" such as Gatorade and all that. However, those are full of sugar and chemicals. I found in this product a balanced, low-calories, delicious drink to have every single day after my lunch. It's like my dessert 🍨. But hot and delicious. I enjoy it until the last zip. It's a little bit pricy, but it totally worth it!

I’ve tried so many of these flavors and I love them all. Great brand! This is a great chocolate treat before bed, it’s like having a salty hot chocolate if you warm up a mug of water. So good!

Maybe it’s placebo, but I feel better after I drink this ! It IS salty but you will get used to it. The Caramel is my favorite. It mixes easily with a spoon.

Super tasty BUT Stevia is terrible for your gut! They can legally say it’s sugar free but it realistically has sweeteners. Sure it’s better than white sugar but it’s not good for those with digestive problems. I was extremely disappointed when I got terrible stomach pain after drinking this “zero sugar” electrolyte mix. If your body can handle stevia, go for it. Otherwise I’d stick to real sugar free options like Bouy drops.

We are big LMNT fans at our house but the first time I heard about this flavor it sounded gross. But I saw an instagram commercial where they warmed it up and we had a few free samples so I gave it try - and I LOVED it. It tastes like hot chocolate but without the calories and ALL the good stuff LMNTs offers. I love taking it backpacking or just sipping on it at night as I wind down with a good book.

These are so delicious. Sometimes the taste can be a little strong, but I’m more sensitive to taste. You can add a whole packet or a half a packet at a time to your coffee or with hot water or milk. My kids love this as a hot chocolate alternative, I mix them half of a packet with hot water with a splash of milk.

1000mg of sodium is exactly that, a ton of salt, and no amount of chocolate will mask the overwhelming taste of salt. If you are extremely deficient in your sodium intake and don't mind swallowing warm salt water, you know, the kind we used to gargle with as a kid when we had a sore throat, then there is a chance you might be able to drink this. As for getting your electrolytes these don't offer a great balance of sodium, magnesium and potassium so not sure why anyone would need this product. Unfortunately, this cannot be returned so I'll see if I have any luck on my Buy Nothing Group.UPDATE 1: After doing some research I stand corrected that the ratio of these electrolytes can be beneficial. I love salt and use it generously on my foods but as for in a beverage it is just too much for me. I had no takers on my Buy Nothing Group, so I gave it another try and, based on reviews added, a lot more water in addition to heavy cream. Even though this diluted both the chocolate flavor and salt it was more tolerable. I should have paid more attention to the honest reviews regarding how overwhelmingly salty it tastes. I was just so excited that they made a hot chocolate that fits into a keto lifestyle I was swayed by all the positive taste reviews.UPDATE 2: After trying several ways to consume this product I have found adding extra hot water and blending in a blender with a little heavy cream makes a DELICIOUS frothy hot chocolate!!! I have also added it to my blended chocolate Vital Collagen Peptide Protein shakes for an extra chocolatey flavor. I know I was adamant that I would NEVER buy this again but alas, I was wrong, and do plan on purchasing it again especially during the cold winter months. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the high price.

Blend with ice to make an iced capp
Like many have said, the chocolate doesn't dissolve in cold water very well, so I tried my ninja blender with some ice added in. I loved it!!!! The perfect iced drink for a hot summer afternoon. Iced Capp's used to be my addiction. Due to Type 2 Diabetes, I quit those cold turkey three years ago, and miss them especially in the summer. This makes a very nice substitute, without any of the other crap in store bought iced coffees.($64 is a lot to spend on something if you aren't sure whether you will like it or not, so before I bought this one, I had purchased the LMNT sample pack. It had one chocolate packet, not the salted caramel, but close enough to try before I committed to this one)
