I got the 13-Inch Griddle, and it’s has been great for cooking and heating anything. Actually I use it for everything. When I requested it I was hoping to get something good because of the price. I think it worths every cent! Nothing gets stuck on it and it seems it’s going to last forever . I truly recommend it and if you’re going to invest on it, get yourself the biggest ( 13-inch-Griddle) you won’t retreat it.

Larger than I originally wanted but better price. Have the full set of fry pans & pots already. Shipping cost was outrageous thru manufacture web site (AK) but made affordable thru Bolo. Yea!!! Got the pans I needed & looking forward to getting more.

Let me say first, this is a beautiful pan. Sturdy, smooth and nonstick as promised. However, it's not great for the one thing I hoped and that's making pancakes. It leaves a slight cast-iron smell to the pancakes. That's probably not noticeable with other foods like meats or chicken but I can immediately tell with something delicate like pancakes. Also it doesn't cook evenly as promised. I could tell that when making the pancakes. They browned more toward the center than the outer parts of the pan. The best tip I heard was heating the entire pan in a 500 degree oven first. On the stove top it just doesn't heat evenly. I believe it's worth the money but not for pancakes. Lol

I bought an entire set of HexClad cookware from the maker a year ago. These cookware items rarely go on sale, and take ages to ship from the maker. I was glad to see a few HexClad items on Bolo. I received my order within days. The non-stick surface is bar NONE! Give these a try, you won't regret it!

This is not the best product from Hexclad. I read reviews that this wasn't completely flat, and it wasn't truly non-stick, etc. It is non-stick as long as you season and maintain it, per manufacturer's instructions, just like their frying pans and pots.However, this griddle is not completely flat. Pour oil in the middle and it runs for the valleys around the periphery. The craftsmanship on this griddle could be better, although other Hexclad frying pans I use are top notch.Is the griddle usable? Yeah, I've been using a brush to spread the oil around, instead of pouring it and letting it run. That's a minor inconvenience but I'm okay with it now.I did correspond with Hexclad customer service and they were understanding about the issue and resolved it through a refund. Gotta love a company that treats its customers like royalty. I'm excited to expand my Hexclad collection this Black Friday.

Worth every penny. You can use metal or plastic cooking utensils dish washer safe really easy to clean by hand well. Really good for cooking steak or pancakes. They really are non stick pans and better for you than tefal.
