5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product
This product is a fantastic find! It's reasonably priced, making it accessible for most budgets without compromising on quality. The product is exactly as described, and its usefulness cannot be overstated. I've found it to be incredibly practical and efficient in meeting my needs. The attention to detail is impressive, and the performance is on par with more expensive alternatives. If you're looking for something reliable, well-made, and at a fair price point, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
5.0 out of 5 stars Soap dispenser
Super easy to assemble and looks just like the picture. Good quality. Good value for your $$$
4.0 out of 5 stars Nice product
It matches my existing fixture nicely. I like having the two adapters for different size bottles. Installation was easy. Sometimes the pump doesn’t go up fully after pumping so you have to pull it up but it’s not a deal breaker for me.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works perfectly. Better than the permanent dish soap dispenser.
The old dish soap dispenser was used over and over and rarely getting a overall cleaning--instead, retaining some dish soap residue for a God-awful period of time. Now, when the dispenser is empty we just replace it with the old one. Also, under the old system I often overfilled the soap dispenser. This new system is great.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love no more soap dispenser clutter at the kitchen sink
I also bought a 1 1/4 granite hole saw from Bolo. I was a little nervous about cutting a hole in the granite but watched a couple of youtube videos and had a bottle of water to use while making to hole. I have an RO system under my sink, and it was so nice to be able to just drop the hose in the bottle of Dawn soap and screw on the lid. Super easy project that makes my kitchen sink area so uncluttered and makes washing pots and pans a breeze.
1.0 out of 5 stars Does not work
We purchased this soap dispenser 7 months ago. The pump and hose worked fine with a one gallon container of dish soap when placed in our cabinet below sink. We are a family of 2 so it didn't run out for 7 months. When we replaced it with a new one gallon container of dish soap, the hose didn't deliver the soap to the pump. After reading some more online reviews, we tried diluting the soap (it was the same type and brand as the first container) with water. No luck. We tried everything to get it to pump the soap but nothing worked. I know we're well past the 60 day return but there was no way to know it wouldn't work until we had to use a new container of soap. Very disappointing in seller and in Bolo.
5.0 out of 5 stars Reliable
Bought it as a replacement. Installation was easy and being an all metal fixture I expecting it to be durable and longer lasting than my previous plastic piece. It also dispenses more of the soap too. I am happy with my purchase.
3.0 out of 5 stars Read my review if you don't want to throw it away! Good product but 3 stars for bad instructions.
The instructions are dreadful and apart from a couple of reviews (thanks Linda!) there is not much help there either. But even there the points are frustratingly opaque. Read all the instructions below as they are not in the order of the steps taken but of the points I got stuck on.So:1/ the NOTCHED end of the tube goes into the BOTTLE! It will not work if not. Can't they say it in simple English?2/ To insert the tube you need to pull the white threaded plastic part apart from the stainless steel pump. Just a gentle pull does the job. You can then directly match the pump tube with the soap hose.3/ Having the notched part go into the bottle is counterintuitive because you want the notch on the end of the hose that needs to be fitted into the pump, as that is a cow of a job. I wish they would notch that end as well and find another way to distinguish the ends (short side-long side is just a pain, as the differences are minor).4/ Inserting the hose over the pump tube is, as I said, a cow of a job, but it can be done. Keep the two parts as horizontal as possible, so that they are in a straight line and keep working on it. I put a little soap on the outside of the hard tube and that made it easier. But then you need the step below.5/ My package came with 2 little zip ties, with no explanation and confusingly attached to the cap that goes into the bottle. I used it to tighten the hose where it is inserted into the pump. It works really well! Cut off the remainder of the zip tie. Otherwise it is very easy to have the tube come off, especially if you used soap to insert it, as I did.6/ The thick black ring is supposed to go ON TOP of the counter. Just like with most faucets. It is supposed to insulate the metal from the counter in case there is corrosion. Works perfectly fine, trust me.7/ So, with the hose attached to the pump,-you place the black ring on the counter,-insert the hose through the hole,-rest the pump on the counter opening, and then-go to the bottom,-first put through the white ring, flat side facing towards the sink, and then-screw it tightly from the underside of the pump, around the white threaded plastic pipe of the pump.8/ Select the right cap for your bottle. That's easy, the black one fits most regular sized bottles. Make sure the end of the pump has not curled up but is sitting on the bottom, even if your bottle is full (it will stop pumping as soon as the soap level drops obviously).9/ And then believe them when they say pumping constantly does not help (like pressing elevator button). You can confirm that by checking how much the soap climbs with each pump, about an inch over a few seconds. It did take more than 20, maybe 30 or so. But give it time.10/ If you're like me and can't be bothered to screw the white nut on the underside because it's a pain of a job and you're waiting for hubby to get it done, because he needs to suffer a little lately, plus I suffered enough to get this sorted, you can either use putty or some tape to keep it in place. Works fine. Need to have either that or someone holding it so that you can tighten the nut in any case. Can't say anything about durability but one pump delivers a substantial amount and you can sort of regulate a bit for smaller quantities. This should be the default design for all dispensers. With better instructions!!!!
Clean & Simple
Classy looking dispenser! Arc shape matches faucet. Easy to install, simply connect the hose to the big ugly jug under the sink, no refills, no clutter, and I love it!
Seems okay
It's pretty much what you would expect except the tubing that is Supplied is absolute crap for what they expected to do I went to cheap inexpensive vinyl tubing and it solved the problem edit its a piece of crap
