We got this tablet for my daughter and she ended up dropping it and cracked the outer screen,the customer service team was extremely helpful and prompt with our options to fix or replace the tablet,ultimately they replaced and had a new one out to us very quickly,would highly recommend

I bought this tablet to learn how to draw digitally. Not only does this tablet come with a discounted deal for a good drawing app but it's all so straightforward and simple to use. The size of the tablet is very nice too, not to big but large enough to see what you are doing. Display is nice, the tablet itself is sturdy and the screen doesn't scratch easily which is nice. It's comfortable to hold or set on your lap as well. Color came as stated and overall a very nice tablet especially for beginners!

So far, I really like it! It's a fully functional tablet, the drawing programs are easy and accessible, and drawing itself feels pretty good. I'm very happy with it, and consider it a good investment in the advancement of my art. And it does seem perfect for beginners. I love that it came with a case and a glove too.

The tablet was great but why the hell did you chose these nonexistent batteries to power the pen. once the batteries die I won’t be able to draw anything because you can’t find those stupid batteries anywhere.

I ordered this tablet back in January 2021 and today it's basically dead. I used it a few times, hoping I'd be able to draw some sketches while I was away to then transfer to my computer at home to finish on my large drawing tablet, but the thing is just, bad. I use Paint Tool Sai and Clip Studio Paint but the tablet can only really handle the apps it comes with. Trying to use any other app is a nightmare since the screen is tiny, and so are the buttons. I decided to use Sketchbook and oh, my, god. For a few seconds, it would be fine, but after a bit, I noticed the tablet wouldn't register the quick swipes my pen would make while sketching which is what almost everyone does when sketching. It was extremely annoying and even when trying to just draw slowly, I could see there was a delay when dragging the pen.It's not just the pen, it's the whole tablet in general. When I tried using my fingers to play games, it wouldn't register my tapping and I'd have to really press my finger into the screen for a few seconds for it to register my "taps." The thing really wants you to use the pen it came with, because it won't accept any other drawing pen or stylus I own. It doesn't even like my finger.Then there's the battery life. There is almost none. When the app has a full battery, it starts to drain when you're not even using it. After using the tablet, I would always try to put it into off mode when putting it away but when I'd pick it back up a few days later, it wouldn't turn on at all. The thing dies even when it's off. It charges extremely slowly too. With my phone, after it dies I'd plug it in and after a few minutes, I'd be able to turn it back on. This tablet though? Nope. I picked it up recently in hopes I could put some use to it by installing some rhythm games on it, but it wouldn't turn on. Remembering its awful battery life, I plugged it in and waited about 20 minutes. I go to see if it had enough to even turn on and... nothing.I pressed the buttons, and I held it down, but nothing. I wonder, maybe it never started charging in the first place? So when I plug it back in, I press the power button and it shows me an image of a drained battery. Yup, it's being charged, it just won't turn on until it has more charge that'll probably take a few hours. I've had it plugged in for almost an hour now and the dang thing still won't fully turn on. I don't think it's broken, I've only had it for almost 2 years and it's been used maybe like, 5 times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The price makes it look appealing but you're not getting what you pay for. Just wait and save up until you can buy a decent IPad with procreate on it, or a Wacom tablet, almost the same price, that plugs into most laptops and PC's.

Super easy to set up, the size is perfect it’s not too big and not too small and it’s easy to travel with, you can adjust the pressure sensitivity, the screen is clear but I do wish the pens life battery was longer. The pen sometimes has issues connecting and the easy fix is to take out the battery and put it back in. They do however give you an extra battery so I’m thankful for that. I haven’t had an issue with the tablet battery life it self. All I know is it lasts longer than my phone and my phone is outdated (iPhone 12)

Best android tablet we've ever had and I have been through many! Drawings look amazing and it is great for a creative child or adult. You can get more use from it than just drawing! Easy to connect and easy to use.

Amazing customer service and great product
I bought this tablet well in advance of Christmas and wrapped it up for my son.About two months after I purchased it on Christmas Day he opened it and was over the moon excited!It worked great! Easy set up and (so parent win!) great battery life.Until early March when all of a sudden it wouldn't charge. Life was busy, as it tends to be, and we just kid of put it to the side for another my month. At this point in mid March my son expressed that he missed his drawing tablet and it occurred to me...crap I bought it what 5 months ago.....I am going to have to beg and fight and I will be lucky if this company I haven't ever heard of will even consider fixing it.Well boy was I wrong. I sent an email with basically the story above, bought early used for a couple months and now we can get it to turn on or charge.The customer service was above and beyond amazing. I son was sent a new tablet and he is as happy as can be!The customer service was not just fast and efficient it was pleasant!I will not hesitate to buy any other product they sell and I have already shared this same tablet link with a mom friend who purchased for her daughter.So all in all great product but things can happen, rest assured these guys stand behind their products and super easy to work with.

Es un producto excelente para niños que se están iniciando en el dibujo animado, incluso para cualquier principiante. Puede utilizarse como tableta normal para usar diferentes aplicaciones, cuando la batería se está agotando te indica. Es de buena calidad considerando su precio, si quieren un producto con alta calidad tendrán que buscar por arriba del precio de la Picassso más profesional. En general a mi hija le encanto y ha descargado Animation desk y otras aplicaciones de animación, le funciona muy bien. Yo lo recomiendo.

Optisch mit Zubehör TOP. Bin gespannt auf die Möglichkeiten mit diesem Tablet. Male und schreibe sehr gerne, digital auch seit einiger Zeit auf dem Samsung Note bzw. S23Ultra. Freue mich auf die nächste Zeit um es zu testen.
