Bought these for gallon jugs of nutrients. The mechanisms are too hard to pump an accurate amount of nutrient. The pumps do not pump smoothly into the measuring vial resulting in a difficult time to get the correct amount into the vial. They just don't work for my needs, they may work fine for other needs. Also, one of the tops was broken which caused a huge mess when I was shaking one of the gallons of nutrients. Luckily, I only needed 5 of the 6 pumps and I have plenty paper towels.

I bought these for the gallon jugs of Castile soap I use to bathe my dogs, but they are worthless. After one pump, it takes at least 30 sec for the nozzle to return to the “up” position in order to use it again. I tried venting the container by spiking a small hole near the top, to no avail. Perhaps they would more effective to dispense thinner liquids, but for anything with a soap- like consistency they are worthless.
