5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect computer table
Bought this for my brother who needed a table for his laptop to fit over his recliner. Adjustable to perfect height, sturdy and plenty of space for his large laptop and mouse. He can sit in his chair with back fully supported as table rolls easily into position. Others in his care home want one too.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect work from home table
I shattered my knee & have to have my leg elevated. This table fits perfectly over my recliner. You can adjust it to fit across a twin bed. Haven’t tried that yet. The wheel make it easy to move. The desk raises for computer use but doesn’t leave much room to work or write so I don’t use it. Table is good value for the price & I recommend it.
4.0 out of 5 stars Simple to assemble, needs a bit of upgrading.
Indeed as others have stated, there will be a styrofoam mess when unboxed as the maker used the cheapest cardboard and styrofoam that exists for the box- so it releases small bits that will have stuck to the parts. Best bet - unbox outside and blow the fragments off. Then take the styrofoam and cardboard right to the trash bin. Or get ready to vacuum.Assembly was simple - the only trickier part is setting the heights and widths as they are freely adjustable in the 8 knob screws that tighten. I solved this task with a bubble level and the table top down (casters in the air) to get the levels of the feet the same front to back and then side to side. Two things I would upgrade - but it’s still usage dependent. The edges are very right angle being wrapped in a plastic edging. As a result your arm or wrist will run that sharp angle on the mouse side most likely. A beveled or rounded over front edge would be better. That requires replacing the panel with solid wood that you can route or file a round over into, or gluing on additional wood with the round over. Simple woodworking upgrade. The other upgrade is replacing the tiny cheap casters with higher quality larger casters as the ones that come with it are hard to roll generally on a hard wood floor. A metric threading M8-1.25But for the price it’s great - and if you do some additional work and upgrades you can get a better custom solution. The value in this purchase is the steel tube frame and built in threaded adjustment.
1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap and Flimsy
The price is a rip off, at most this table is worth 40 bucks. I bought it for my mom she is wheelchair and recliner bound, thought this would make eating easier (rather that propping food up in her lap with a pillow). It works but I wouldn't recommend buying it and will be on the lookout for something with better craftmanship, this table isn't going to hold up and will be surprised if it last 6 months.
5.0 out of 5 stars Better than expected
Perfect for over recliner arms while still allowing reclining. No complaints. Serves its purpose. After reading some poor reviews took a chance since there were no others with these features. so glad I did. love it!!!!
3.0 out of 5 stars Pros & Cons
Pros:1) Prompt Delivery2) Mostly easy to put together (see cons for why only mostly)3) Fair priceCons:1) One of the wheels came with the "lock" broken off (see picture) however if it locks up on me someone would be able to unlock it with the aid of a flat-head screwdriver so I considered it a minor issue.2) Elders or those with some difficulty with their hands may find they need help to put this together. The "wrench" tool they included was not the easiest to work with.3) The table portion while surprisingly sturdier than expected, was also heavy to work with for me. I also needed to have someone else turn the unit over once put together both due the to weight of the unit and it being a good bit "wobbly" (see next point)4) If you have an elevated type bed as I do, and need the table to be very near the top of the height maximum allowed, it is a fair bit "wobbly".5) The small wheels do not work well with carpet, however very slow movement in a seesaw fashion allows for movement when I need it closer or moved out of the way. While this allows me a bit of independence as in not needing to call someone each time I need it moved, it is wobbly enough to make it a worrisome as to toppling the whole thing over. All in all, while I will not be returning the unit (it works well enough until I can find something a bit easier/sturdier or a way to shore this up a bit and add larger wheels maybe), I also would not recommend it to others. It might work fine on hard floors with a standard height but for me it is a case of "looks great on paper..."
5.0 out of 5 stars Very Nice!!
I had to get higher at my normal computer desk over medical issues in my neck as i can only look down and not raise my head too high. Raising my office chair put me unable to put my legs under the desk. This rolling desk is so versatile in height and width so it will be used for years to come once my temporary medical challenges are met. It went together very easily for a person with medical challenges. I love it!!
5.0 out of 5 stars This is exactly what I wanted.
It's nice when you get something that is better than expected. Assembly takes a few minutes and everything is nicely finished but the main thing is that it is a perfect desk for my favorite recliner. Reading, writing, laptop computer and phone all to hand and if you have to get up it just rolls out of the way so easily. An excellent purchase.

Broken table
The table is broken
Useful
For me, this table fit my needs because it can go over a lazyboy type chair, so the footrest could be full up and still use the table. The table looked used, but the seller was quick to reply. I personally wouldn't sit on the table, as for me it isn't that stable. However, if you were to use it for a computer, or food, it would do just fine. As a Canadian I found it really pricey as tax is added on and makes it very expensive, but because it works so well for me, I spent the money. Other tables like this were very long, to go over a bed, and this one I liked because it was way smaller. If I had bought this for 175 plus tax then I would have given it 5 stars.
Not as expected.
Wheels block very often. Hard to roll at times.
