This toy honestly doesn't suction to the floor (tile or hardwood) like it claims BUT it is lasting with my aggressive chewer. No damage to the toy at all!

My baby has had this toy since the day we brought him home. He’s now 10 months old and out of the dozens of toys I have purchased that claimed to be indestructible, his corn cob is the only one that is still usable. Not only still usable but just as durable as the day we got it. He chews it every day and saying he is an aggressive chewer is truly and understatement.
4.0 out of 5 stars Only works on a super smooth surface with a really clean toy
The surface of this toy is kind of..tacky..? It's not sticky, but it is a super grippy plastic. It tends to pick up debris very easily. Any debris on the inner surface of the suction cup will weaken the suction ability and make it too easy to remove. It also only sticks to really smooth surfaces. The minor faux wood texture of my floors is too much texture and the suction immediately breaks. I found the doors of my fridge to be the only surface this would stick to very well. It was a hoot watching my dogs try to move the corn from where it was stuck to the fridge! Eventually, it picked up too much debris, and not even washing it could make the suction work as well again as it did straight out of the package. Once it was a loose toy, one of my miniature dachshunds was able to chew a piece off of the green base, and someone else killed the squeaker soon after. The dogs all like this toy still, but it is soft enough material that it definitely requires supervision if they have it.

A little big for our tiny puppy but she does enjoy trying to chew on it. Sadly it does not suction for long to any surface I have tried it on (vinyl floor, laminated shelf, metal file cabinet).

The puppy likes it a lot. We spread peanut butter on it and it keeps him occupied for quite a while. I stuck it on the door because it doesn't stick to our wood floors. He also likes just holding it with his paws and chewing it.

I bought this particular one because it states it suctions to the floor to keep your puppy busy. But it absolutely does NOT stick to your floor. You can just buy a regular one without the “suction” feature if that’s the case

This is a sturdy suction cup. I guess it's on the glass forever, because I can't get it off at all.

I realized the shape of this product is a little bizarre... But our dog does enjoy it. You are not going to get it to stick to many surfaces for very long. It does okay on the side of our fridge. We smear peanut butter in the sides of it to distract our puppy for a while.
