5.0 out of 5 stars A true Grade B! Yeah!
Finally! A true Grade B (now called Grade A Dark Amber) in bulk. I'll continue to call it Grade B, because it's simply better than Grade A. It's tapped later in the season, has less sugar and more maple flavor, and is also higher in minerals and microbial activity.I use maple syrup in my coffee, my baking, my tea, in short any place that requires sugar. I just prefer the flavor.
5.0 out of 5 stars Really good Maple Syrup
I have ordered this Maple Syrup numerous times. It always arrives on time, is packaged properly, and it taste delicious!! Thank you!!!
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent stuff!
This is excellent syrup. I don't use "dark" on pancakes and waffles--at least I haven't yet, but there's always this Saturday. I needed something to make maple glaze from. I had been mixing a little cream into powdered sugar and then adding maple flavoring. But it occurred to me that if I had not just maple syrup but DARK maple syrup, I might skip the cream and combine just two ingredients: powdered sugar and maple syrup.I ordered this syrup and gave it a taste. Doggone if using it in my glaze didn't work and work well! I wanted the glaze to spread on top of cinnamon buns. (When my local source for maple-iced cinnamon buns stopped making them, I had withdrawal symptoms.) I had tried other glaze recipes. But this syrup does the job all by itself.Next time I mix up a batch of granola, this dark syrup will be in my mixture of liquids. It's great!

Great taste
5.0 out of 5 stars Real Maple Syrup
Well it was thinner than how we used to cook it down to, but very, very, tasty, which isn't a surprise since it's for sale not personal use exclusively. With all the corn syrup flavored garbage out there, this will definitely blow your socks off, you'll want to wipe up every last drop on your plate after tasting this! Each place has a defined taste to it depending on the soil the trees are in, but most people won't know the difference. This stuff is raised in the right soil for an elegant sweet taste. Yes I'll be ordering this again!
4.0 out of 5 stars Good taste, a good syrup
I like the taste and the container
5.0 out of 5 stars Grade B is the Best!
You want a strong maple flavor when you get the syrup right? Then you don't want the corn syrup based ones, you want the REAL syrup. Grape A is lighter and has a light flavor. Grade B is much better- darker, stronger flavor, thicker. It's far superior on your pancakes and waffles, you'll use less of it, and it soaks into the cake. Yum Yum.
