Live and learn...I can't swear to the longevity of it, first time today, but it chomped through a 5 pound ham (cubed) in minutes, never once slowed down or choked. The only negative thing I see is the only stainless steel I see is the wafer thin body cover and the tray, everything else is cast something or plastic, but...for a weekend warrior it is fantastic.
5.0 out of 5 stars Worked like a champ
I like that it has suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place. The neck could be an inch or so longer, but it still worked. It’s hard to beat at this price. Easy to assemble and disassemble.
4.0 out of 5 stars Meat Grinder
Assembling the grinder was straightforward, although it was initially challenging to find the correct position to twist on the grinder body. It performed well during our first use, but we will need to monitor its durability over time. Disassembling, cleaning, and storing it is quite easy.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good Product
I bought Cheffano meat grinder for home use and I am satisfied with the product. It is easy to assemble and disamble, easy to clean, and does the grinding job efficiently.
5.0 out of 5 stars The Little Engine That Could
This thing is like The Little Engine That Could I am mostly use it to grind up leftovers and tidbits from cutting my own pork chops out of pork loins I only run pork through one time with the middle size holes and it seems to work great I did try to run beef through it I ended up running it through twice not quite sure how I feel about the beef it did struggle a little more with that but it still worked I will say I have stuck to the 20 minute Max usage that the manual says and then let it cool down it gets very hot very fast but if you're only using it once a month once every couple months it definitely works for my needs when you clean it you must make sure that everything is dry immediately because these Metals corrode and rust very quickly
1.0 out of 5 stars Headline is deceptive.
The only thing on this that is stainless steel is the blades and the tubing for sausage (I think the tubing is, haven't used it but upon reading headline again that is the ONLY thing they say is stainless steel.)I bought this because I thought the parts touching my food were stainless steel, well, they are NOT. Also instructions are of course in pictures so I dare you to figure out which way to install the cutting blade by the picture, spent about 10 hrs trying to grind about 15lbs of meat, having the thing get all clogged up and not being very happy. Finally out of desperation I turned the blade the opposite direction (which still makes no sense to me how the blade should face that way) but, bang that fixed my problem. That one was on me... and the stupid little picture which I am supposed to be able to tell which way the blade face. Also on me was that I did not reread the directions after a long period of not using the machine and once finishing a 15lbs of meat very easily I put the parts into the dishwasher, top shelf, no bleach in my detergent. Thought all would be good as after all it is "Stainless Steel".... well, this is how I learned it is NOT Stainless Steel. Needless to say I have ruined the accessories to my meat grinder as they all now have a gray film that keeps coming off no matter how much I wash. So these parts are no longer useable as they will contaminate my raw meat. Not a happy camper.
5.0 out of 5 stars Power house
I bought this grinder in February 2023 and I use it every single week to prep the food for my two German Shepherds for the week . I have used it to grind every kind of meat , NEVER bones . It works so well . Some of my accessories are aluminum alloy so be sure to use gentle soap and dry them off . One day I didn’t dry mine off and now I have oxidation . I still use it though and it preforms absolutely fine . It’s so easy to use . It’s not heavy , even when put together . I love the suction cup feet . It still sticks to my counter top after all the uses. I don’t think it’s ever clogged up on me , maybe twice but I had put the blade on backwards by mistake. It makes a bit of noise, maybe like a vacuum cleaner . It doesn’t bother me at all. It has lasted me this long so I can honestly say i definitely got my moneys worth. If it ever stops working I’ll come right back to this seller and get another one . It’s a great product.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works very well.
It clearly states that one should not use it more than 10 minutes at a time. So there’s that. If you’re planning to grind an entire deer this is not the machine for you. That said: I purchased it to grind my own beef a couple times per month. (The ground beef that one buys these days is so filled with water and strange beef parts that it disturbing.)I just used it to grind 10 lbs. it was flawless. Perfect. Beautiful.Highly recommend it for the small batch end user.Easy to assemble and disassemble. Easy to clean. Quality construction.
Works great and fast
(function(){ P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function'){ A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })() I purchased this item in January of 2024. I make my own ground meat and this item works fantastic! I used it many times over the year and I usually ground few kilos at the time. It is fast and effective. Yes, it heats up a bit but, so far, I never had an issue with that. I let it cool down while I clean and dry the parts and all is good. Easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend.
Seems very efficient
Okay, just finished grinding up 2 1/2 lbs of chicken to make a chicken deli loaf. Had a little difficulty fitting the grinder head onto the base unit, so I broke down and watched the video attached above. It is quite loud, but the chicken was done in minutes, and all very smoothly. Easy to disassemble, wash and dry. All the parts fitted into a freezer size ziploc bag for storage, so can't get lost. My husband has dentures, and prefers ground meat, so this will be getting a lot of use.
Buen producto
Funciona muy bien, hace ruido pero es normal, puesto que tiene que hacer el esfuerzo de moler. Estamos encantados con este aparato.
Not bad
Looks good, works good but having a smell of burned plastic. I was hoping it is because it is new but time went and smell didn't disappear.
UK buyers note
Comes with a 2 pin 120v power supply - you will need an adaptor. Good luck finding one.
