5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy and Adjustable
This stand is perfect for my out of the house remote work computer, a 16” MacBook Pro. It is easily adjustable, height and angle. I trust it to hold my computer every day for multiple hours. Zero issues. Great stand!
5.0 out of 5 stars Easily adjustable in several ways

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome stuff
I had looked at a lot of different laptop stands before this one and my main concern was sturdiness. I needed it to be able to hold up my gaming laptop or MacBook (whichever wasn’t in use at the time). My gaming laptop isn’t light so it was a huge concern when I saw other stands moving under the weight of similar laptops. This stand doesn’t have that problem. It’s super strong and doesn’t move at all once you get it to the height you want. When adjusting, it’s stiff, but that’s good. Plus it’s preassembled so you don’t have to worry about screws and directions. It also has slats on the plat that holds the computer to help regulate temperature with is a nice touch (and helps limit the top heavy weight a bit).Overall it’s been amazing and it definitely pays for itself in quality.
5.0 out of 5 stars Solid, Well-Built Computer Stand
The hinges on the stand are a little difficult to move, but this is a good thing. I’m thinking the friction in them is good, and that they’re tight enough that they won’t weaken or work loose anytime soon. The materials of the stand are heavy, which means your computer isn’t going to tip over or fall. This might be a problem if you’re planning to travel around with this stand, but for me it lives on my desk. Maybe sometimes I carry it from room to room, but I’m not lugging it across town. This stand doesn’t swivel, but again for me this is a plus. It lives on my desk and it doesn’t need to swivel; a swivel is just one more part that can wiggle or become unstable. This thing is a solid base that lifts my computer to eye level. It does what it’s supposed to do, it does it well, and it feels like it’ll keep doing this forever. It’s not going to break or fail easily. Well done.
4.0 out of 5 stars Sleek, attractive looking - but yes, bounces
As others have noted, if you plan to use a separate keyboard, this stand is great - functional, wide range of adjustment, seems well-made, and aesthetic. If, however, you plan to use the keyboard on your laptop, it's doable, but it definitely bounces, in a way that might strike you as anywhere from annoying to unusable. It's in the nature of the design. It could be ameliorated by adding a support in back (ad hoc or tailor-made), once adjusted the way you want it. OR, if you adjust to have the front edge as low as possible (lower arm parallel to base), and ensure that front edge is resting on base on both sides (or add shims of cardboard), then bounce is almost non-existent. This is how I'm using it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for my home office!
This stand was perfect for my home office! I love how it’s adjustable so you can set the height to what works for you. Great quality, too.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect!
I got this laptop stand for my MacBook Air M2. I was having neck problems and the PT person I went to asked how much time I spent with my laptop. She suggested I get a laptop stand so I wouldn't be sitting looking down, shoulders hunched, etc. I've been using it maybe a week now and it works great. Some folks have complained that it their notebook jiggles when they type. I tried to make it jiggle but to do that I have to reach out and bounce the computer from side to side with my hands. I've pounded on my desk with a fist but my notebook stays rock steady. For me jiggle will definitely not be a problem. Perhaps if I put it on a cheap card table...? Be aware that if you have a notebook you can have it positioned ideally for either typing /mouse or viewing/screen, but not both. This stand positions the monitor ideally but causes complications for me because like the touchpad, my fingerprint thingy is located on my notebook keyboard. I ended up buying Apple's Magic Keyboard, which includes a fingerprint thingy (much more convenient than passwords!) and also an Apple mouse, which permits finger swipes as well as moving and clicking a cursor. Both use WiFi connections. And, oh yes, I also found I needed to buy "reading glasses" because the stand positioned the notebook monitor too high for the reading portion of my custom bifocals (I'm far-sighted).Next-to-Bottom line: I think/hope my posture has improved but I'm not really sure. In any event I've come to realize that hunching over my iPhone for hours per day probably causes more neck problems than my notebook did.Bottom line: The Lamicall is a very well built, versatile, attractive notebook stand at a good price.
5.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, strong.
Bought for new 15” Mac Air.Fits perfectly. Like the space underneath for airflow.Very strong. Well made.If you type a lot you may need to push the bottom/front down to desk otherwise it will vibrate a little. Personally I’m not bothered by that I don’t type enough and I really like how the screen is at eye level even though I don’t have it at max opened.
Adjustable in height and secure
Works as expected aluminum very nice black or silver, the only thing I would comment on is opening and adjusting you do have to use some force on it, hinges are solid. Would highly recommend
Buena calidad
Es un gran soporte de laptop, es firme, y a veces es difícil cambiar de posición, pero esto lo hace más sólido y seguro para la laptop. Desde que lo uso ha mejorado mucho mi postura.
Works for an iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard
As an iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard user I decided to take a chance with this and am extremely happy I did. There is just one little adjustment I would recommend…For months now—no, more like over a year—I had been using only the finest combination of non-slippy hard covered books that I didn’t have to buy, nor would have the need or urge to open, that were ever-so perfectly stacked on top of one another to provide the not-so-ideal stage and balance for my iPad Pro and Magic Keyboard—because anyone who owns this configuration knows how even the slightest hair trigger movement can cause it’s top-heavy centre of gravity to spill their favorite freshly poured beverage all over any paperwork or belongings that just so happens to be nearby (yet again…sigh)—all just in order to avoid our ever growing Lord of the Rings Gollum-like poor postures in this rapidly evolving digital age.I’ve been keeping my eye out for solutions, and there’s a ton of options. I’m certain I’ve not encountered them all. One thing’s for certain, this one is pretty darn close to perfect especially in terms of what would be the most high-value long term solution possible that would suit my needs…so, if you own an iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard it can do the following for you…iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard:Pros:-Elevates both screen and keyboard to a comfortable height and position-Tilts keyboard to ideal position for typing while holding bottom of the keyboard in place with rubber lip-Once positioned, the sturdy design and weight provides a far better centre of gravity!-PortableCons:-Will require something to put directly under keyboard/trackpad area to raise it higher towards to top end of the rubber lip so you find it more comfortable to use.-Recommend either a pen (Sharpie marker will work) directly under the keyboard/trackpad area or a large notebook.Overall:Even with adjustments, it is well worth the purchase and I would highly recommend!
Great product. Love the stand
It is very a good stand. It looks stylish and modern. Very easy to assemble.
