Delicious. I personally only add half a packet to a 16.9 fluid oz water bottle. The flavor to me is a little strong when you use the whole thing. But I can tell you from firsthand experience that it truly does work.

I should have read the ingredients list better. Sure, it has the key ingredients, but is basically Kool-aid tasting to me and way too concentrated of a flavor if used as directed. I would need to put one packet in a gallon of water to make it work for me. I would rather put lemon & salt in a shot glass so I can drink plain water the rest of the day like normal.

I am typically a berry flavor person but I usually like raspberry or blackberry. I first bought the wild berry but I thought the flavor was a little strong and bitey even when adding extra water. After reading tons of reviews on flavor, I gave piña colada a try. It was ok but I got sick of it quickly. I tried the strawberry and I love it! It tastes like a strawberry with whipped cream! This is something I drink everyday now and before I was struggling to drink water at all.

Good product but a bit too sweet for me
It is a good product. Does not upset my stomach and provides necessary electrolytes. A bit too much sugar for my taste and I added double the water recommended to dim the sweetness. Overall a good product

These are brilliant for days when extra hydration is needed. I usually drink one glass before going to bed after a night out, and it does make a difference. The taste is good too.
