Buy a case rip the lid off put the whole case in the fridge to get nice and cold. It takes great and I think most people are lacking protein. Check your blood level.

They taste great and are fairly filling. The quality and convenience they provide are amazing. The one down side was how long it took for them to arrive, but I imagine this wouldn’t be an issue if you have auto delivery set up for them.
