I just got this and haven't had a skin problem with it. It seems to be very hydrating. The jar doesn't look like the ones in the store. They look like they have been hand filled and then someone stuck on labels. I hope i got the product that i thought i ordered. To be fair it does seem to work nicely. I will have to try the store brand and see if there is any difference. Aside from the packaging and container, the cream is nice. Hope i didnt just spend alot of money for a repackaged off brand! I can up date as i continue to use.

I have used this product for a year, and am very happy with it. But with my last two orders, the product is encased in a box inside the shipping box that is virtually indestructible. Scissors don't work. A box cutter won't work. Both times I have had to pry it open with a large screwdriver, damaging the smaller box surrounding the cream. Do you really have to use the glue on the Space Shuttle to contain this?

Expiry Date
To my utmost surprise, I cannot find any expiry date for this product. I searched everywhere on the bottle and the box, but nothing. This is really strange, because all product of this sort, and especially, any skin product should have an expiry date printed on it. Now, I am not sure, when it was manufactured and for how long i can use it.
