I need a new brakes and rotors for my avalanche. I pick these out because of word-of-mouth. I love the way they look and the money value that I saved, but, I did not use the brake pads because I upgraded to aftermarket brake pads that I knew were better. It’s each to their own on what they choose for the brake pads. I’ve been doing mechanics for over 40 years and I just needed the upgrade for my satisfaction.The slotted and drilled rotors have been a world of difference in my breaking, stopping power, and the way these rotors cool down. Very pleased.

Kit clearly says it fits front and rear on my 2020 silverado 1500. Front rotars and pads fit, rear rotars fit but not the pads on the rear. Being that its sold as a kit, they want to ship a whole other kit out or i got 50 bucks back for the pads. When in general i just spent another 100 on the correct pads. Beware and check all components before the install.

I have purchased Power Stop drilled and grooved brakes for a while now. I recommend following the installation and break-in instructions, so you properly install them, but I have not been happier with other brakes. I highly recommend this product, the quality, ease of installation and reliability, have met or exceeded expectations.Not to repeat myself, but be sure to break them in to maximize their performance. You will hear the pulsating sounds at 1st, but the noise will subside (it is part of the break-in).
