I got these to help my hands while in a dental assisting program and I have to say they really helped, I crochet, knit, draw, paint, I just generally use my hands daily and these have really helped with my hand pain and soreness, I constantly found my self needing to shake my hands out after using my hands for so long and jokingly saying I could feel the arthritis coming in strong but boy these balls really helped, it’s also a great fidget toy, they keep my hands occupied while in lectures.

I had an injury to my trigger finger and needed to increase hand strength. I used to use a ball in high school to increase my grip. Grip strength is an indicator in wellness tests and I noticed a decline in strength as I got older. I like the color coded balls indicating resistance. They have a good feel and the size of the ball is just right . I’m happy with my purchase. The bag containing the balls is really handy.

Solid rubber they seem like they would last forever but they are dense and even the softest one is difficult to squeeze.

Good hand exercise set and I like the multiple sizes. I also use the largest ball to massage my neck and hands and they are sufficiently lightweight to throw in a purse, backpack, bag etc. for travel.

My mother in law is using these to help with her hand strength and coordination. So far this is a little improvement and it has only been a week or so. She does use the lowest resistance ball right now and does the exercises a couple times a day.

As several other people have noted, the box came without the exercise guide listed under what's included on the side of the box. The balls are also sticky, which feels odd when squeezing and is a bit problematic when doing the rolling your hand back and forth on a hard surface exercise. But they seem high quality and I've gotten used to them for my hand arthritis exercises. I also appreciate the range from soft to firm.

I ended up buying 2 sets so I can do each hand at the same time with the same intensity. I have some residual weakness on the right from surgery and some weakness on the left due to the amount of therapy on the right. I'm working both sides evenly on the advice of my weightlifting trainer.
