Performs exactly as advertised. The surface is smooth once dried. I used it to coat the outside cinder blocks for planters in a pond and to waterproof the waterfall. Also applied to the area where the liner was covered by brick and mortar. It made a smooth transition and looks good. I will definitely purchase again.

Top 2 inches of product was hard, Web site does not mention this problem. After using it, next time used - same problem. Had to throw out over 1/3 of product. 😞

we have an inside unit that on occasion will leak from the condensate line when its backed up onto floor which then runs out under walls and my kitchen cabinets and will cause damage ,I poured the liquid flex in there smoothed it all out and its working perfect holding any water at all if any . This stuff is great!

A good sealer that is reay to use when it is poured from the can. Spreads easily and need some warmer temps to flow into a good sealed surface. Very good product.
