My previous purchase was for 100 of the same tablets in a smaller bottle. I have three tablets daily and and my pharmacy was charging like $13 for a 30 day supply (90 tablets). So for about the same price I ordered them on Bolo and got 100 tablet bottle.Well this time to reorder, they were out of stock, so I had to search for exact replacement and saw this bottle had 1000 tablets. Thought, are they really the same size? Seems too good to be true. It wasn't. AND it was only a couple dollars more.Now that I am writing this review, I am realizing I need to buy a few more bottles as I need to continue this regiment per my physician. Yeah, I could buy a box of powder and spoon it into some water but something about grosses me out. Especially if you don't seal the box from exposure to air as it absorbs smell, then tastes odd. Not that drinking this stuff tastes delicious, just something I have to do as do many others as well.

1.0 out of 5 stars Pills DO NOT DISSOLVE...even after days sitting in water
As others have stated, these pills do not dissolve in water, even after several days left sitting in a glass of water. Pills sink to the bottom of the glass and just sit there and they do not fizz at all. Tried crushing one pill after it had sat in the glass of water for several hours and it just broke into several smaller pieces that eventually floated to the top of the water. Still didn't dissolve and even after breaking into smaller pieces, still no fizz, which makes me wonder if they even are sodium bicarbonate. We have had 4 pills (3 still completely intact as well as the pieces of the crushed one) sitting in a glass of water for approximately 4 days now and nothing has dissolved at all. The attached photo was taken after the pills had been sitting in the glass of water for close to 3 full days.A very unsatisfactory purchase!! Had to give one star in order to leave the review or would have given zero stars. Save your money!

I had ordered these from another company & the lid was cracked & the pills were crumbled. These were in great shape.

650 mg anti acid tabs probably great, have not started them yet. Were both 80 & need 1 or 2 at night. Walmart went crazy on there price on 1000 mg tabs! We used up our old supply of calcium carbonate,and started these. They wont desolve in water no matter what we do! Just tried calling Safrel customer service, got a reboot, left a message, they are to all back.
