    I live in the desert where dehydration in the summer is a huge issue, and my doctor says I don’t retain liquid like most people. These help me keep the water I drink better to avoid problems. I take one, and sometimes two, of these a day. The directions say you can dissolve them in water, but I just take it as a pill. It would have been nice to get a smaller bottle but overall, they were a good purchase.

    My mom takes three of these a day and the doctor told her as long as her sodium level did not change. It would be fine. That’s from the doctor her sodium level after one month did not change perfect the only thing is bad. We’re not paying the over price cost at the prescription drugstore anymore. I guess that’s bad for them. Good for us Seriously if you want to save money by these they’re just as good as the ones you pay triple or quadruple the amount at the drugstore for I’m talking about prescription.

    We're using this to help a senior citizen with chronically low sodium levels keep them up in the normal range.They taste salty (LOL!) so they aren't loving them, but they are doing the job, and we have seen improvement, both in their health and their sodium numbers since we started using these, so happy we picked them up.
