This serves its purpose and I like the product. Its nice how it collapses into a smaller unit. My advice would be to use this for home use only, as its not super sturdy so in a commercial bar setup it might not last.

This is easy to use. Fold or spin it out, add some lime juice to the sponge section (clean before using again rinse out in the sink- let dry). I have a good time now making better margaritas. Get some Margarita lime salt, some colorful sugar, get you a good recipe and or some wonderful tasting trial and error sessions to get them just right, the way you love them. Even my mistakes weren't the best but after a couple who cared. but with some practice, I can now make some great Margaritas and they look good with the salt and colorful sugar. I great addition to my bar.

Again I ordered this for my “ladies cocktail party” I had and we used it well for rimming my glasses . Love it so much- great purchase . Would strongly recommend.
Works as intended, inexpensive, economizes rimmer / salt
Purchased because I didn't want to toss out Bloody Caesar rimmer every time - and this preserves and keeps it clean for reuse. The raised circle in the middle means that much less salt is used to achieve an even and high rim.I don't use the top area and sponge as this would be for lime or lemon juice for rimming. I prefer to use fresh wedges of lime or lemon.Construction and sturdiness is 'good enough' for home use, but there must be more robust products out there for professional barkeeps although I suppose this would do in a professional setting. Can't complain... cheap enough and does the job. Should have purchased one years ago.
