I loved this product. I was skeptical at first but after the first try I was amazed at how well it worked. The only thing is that hair has to be absolutely dry so you have to sped a little time on that. Also brush beforehand because the devise doesn’t go through tangles. But with only two passes on layers of hair it comes out straight, no frizz and actually shining and full of body. I believe it’s worth the expense.

I found this product through an instagram ad and was super happy to see they sold them on Bolo. I brought it to a trip to Vegas and had zero frizz the entire time. It makes straightening fast and easy and makes your hair look silky smooth and no frizz. I definitely recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. I love this device. I wear my natural hair in a puff bun or twists out, or crochet extensions. Sometimes I want to play with straight hair or having my a little more manageable, so I bought both the plus devices, comb and brush, to test which one I preferred since I’m not going for silk press results. On wash day, I blowed dried my dripping wet, heat protected hair 4C hair, then got to straightening. I took it slow by choice at 330°, and over-applied an oil-based heat protectant. The buttons are in a place where I accidentally hit them multiple times, so it went up to 350° at some point. Also, the auto-off happens too quickly, probably 30-45 mins. I had to turn it on multiple times.I loved the results, and I was already texting family how well it worked and how soft my hair was after the first row. I wrapped my hair and slept, and bumped the ends the next morning with my flat iron (I haven’t mastered it with this device), but as soon as I walked outside at 8am, the Texas heat and humidity caused it to poof. It was still manageable and cute, so I wasn’t too disappointed.Later that day, I tried it on 410° with the Cantu thermal protector (can’t remember the name). My hair looked silkier, and it still felt just as soft, but it was more flowy than before. It only took about 30 mins to do my whole head.I also straightened my biracial nieces wavy (not at all curly) hair on 310°. I don’t have pics. With the oil-based heat protectant, her hair looked silky and polished, but kinda wet. I switched to Cantu for the other half of her head, and it was straight, but not as silky. I very, very lightly applied some of the oil-based heat protectant to the top quadrant of her head and finished up. A couple hours later, the oil-based half of her hair was still silky and straight, while the mixed half had fly aways, and was not as straight at the ends. It didn’t look like she had her hair straightened with heat, it looked more like naturally straight hair.Hopefully, the pics display in order. 1) Twist out in a gray tee. 2) blow dried to stretch in pink top, 3) video of final 330/350°, 4) 10 mins outside in the hot, wet, Texas heat, 5) at 410°.

I like the Ring Plus a LOT! I have below the shoulder hair with bangs. It works great on my long hair, a little more difficult to use on shorter hair. I've been entertaining the idea of a cutting my hair into a layered bob but I'm not sure if this will be easier to use than a flat iron. I say this because you have to grip the bottom of your hair to run the straightener through. So I'm worried shorter hair may be more difficult. But the straightener is not too hot to touch the top due to its unique design which is awesome. I do not regret purchasing!

Easy to use, does straighten my natural curly/wavy hair. My hair looks shiny and not dry unlike the regular flat straightener that I am using. I was thinking of buying the espensive brand at first but I am glad I tried this first. My son noticed my hair so ai think it really delivers.. Good value for money!

Pursued this ionic straightening comb after seeing it all over my social media. I’ve only used it once so far. I can say so far I’m not impressed vs my trusted flat iron. I was hoping it would live up to the hype, I just don’t see the appeal. It took roughly the same amount of time to straighten my thick wavy hair. It could be a few minutes quicker once I get the hang of it but not enough in my opinion to make a difference. It left my hair pretty staticky. I don’t like how the ends of my hair came out. I tried it both ways with the comb side up and down. You need to hang on to the section of hair as it glides through the comb but when you get to the ends my hair fell out of the comb. This forced me to make a second and sometimes third pass to get my ends to lay flat. It does a great job getting close to the root of the hair but that was the only plus. I might give it another try but most likely I will return it. Bottom line if you love your flat iron don’t waste your time as this product does not perform better as long as you have a high quality flat iron.

I'd invest in this product if I lost mines.I've searched for these types of straightners but not look flat as they all make my hair look flat and I do not like it. Maybe because I'm used to seeing a big head lol but in all honest I love this product.Took me about 30 mins max to get my hair to look like this after all them curls. Hehe... again it works great, I don't use the glove but it's great for those that use it.The clips are durable and not cheap material plus the little other gadget... lol haven't used it but will and I'll update but man overall I'd give it a 4.8 as it does not pull or burn my hair, leaves it looking shiny and a blow dry look which is hard to find these days.Replacing my blow dryer, obviously not 100% but I can 98.9%I do recommend it to my sister's out there. Worth it. Size is not to big or small, just right for a good grip. Not heavy at all, very flexible!Love it!

Let me just say that this product is absolutely amazing. I have very hard to straighten hair and three swoops with with the comb and my hair was straight and it's beautiful .it's not dry ,it doesn't smell like burnt hair .this product is amazing I was very skeptical but if you're even thinking about buying this because it is a little pricey, it is worth every penny it's straight my hair which like I said is very hard to straighten I highly recommend this product it's worth every penny

If you love straight hair, then you deserve it. Straighten your hair immediately, just like what you got in the barber. The hair gets smooth, shinny and glowing after applying it to your hair .

I have very thick, long hair. I struggle with keeping it straight. Up intil now, i used Ghd straighteners but this is a game changer. No more frizz and it remained straight the next day.

Vengo a editar mi opinión porque los primeros días no le pillaba el truco, pero pasada una semana tengo que decir que me encanta. Hay que encontrar la manera de sujetar el pelo con el guante en las puntas para que queden bonitas, pero por lo demás deja el pelo liso desde la raíz, brillante y con cuerpo en poco tiempo. He leído opiniones negativas comparando con una plancha GHD, pero es que la GHD vale el triple; yo he comparado con mi plancha de precio similar y sale ganando el cepillo (aunque no sirve para rizar). Antes era mucho de coleta para el diario y ahora voy peinada todos los días.Pros: he notado que necesito menos temperatura que con una plancha (170 para un pelo muy rizado y grueso, cuando con la plancha necesitaba los 210) y que este cepillo permanece caliente más tiempo, por lo que se puede desenchufar varios minutos antes de terminar y sigue funcionando muy bien. Contras: algo de pelo sí se cae más que con la plancha y que no sé cómo lo podré limpiar cuando haga falta.
