I bought these to hang on the back of my bathroom door to hold my robes/towels. The hooks were easy to install, look great, and are large enough to hold a thick robe and towels.

I bought these two install on the backside of a bathroom door at my parents house. We are not doing a full remodel, so I just wanted something inexpensive. These fit perfectly. They come with metal brackets that you install on the back of the door using two Provided wood screws. However, if you are mounting these on a hollow core door, I would highly recommend getting wood screws that are a thicker gauge and a bit shorter. You’ll need two screws per coat hook. I happen to have some thicker screws on hand that still fit in the holes in the provided backing brackets. Hollow cord doors are junk and made out of thin wood paneling. I recommend Taking the backing bracket with you to the hardware store and getting the thickest gauge screw you can that still fit into the backing bracket holes. Since the wood paneling on hollow cord doors is so thin. You don’t need a screw longer than 1 inch. Even half inch would work. The hook Itself Is mounted to the backing bracket using one set screw at the bottom of the coat hook. Make sure you mount these with the set screw facing down toward the floor. The coat hook kit comes with an allen key so you’ll be able to secure the set screw. For the price, these look great and fit the bill perfectly for me. The install took me about 20 minutes.

If you want durability, you'll always have to anchor it into the wall. It's very sturdy! It looks great! My only pet peeve is that the screw is not white as well. My OCD says that's not right but the screw is very tiny and no one will notice. It just bugs me. Lol

Would definitely recommend as these are sturdy and come with all the hardware you need to mount these to the wall (minus the drill bit to drill a hole for anchors). They remain sturdy on the wall after 3 years and I have purchased more to add in our other bathrooms!

So far I have purchased these in chrome and black. Used them as coat hooks by the front and back door, look really nice and holds a heavy coat and purse with no problem. I did mount a long board to the wall and mounted these to the board, works well for my needs.
