I can't believe I'm writing a folic acid review but, I am on my 2nd bottle of this folic acid and I can honestly say it was my morning fog and anxious a.m. happy doggies that motivated me to try a better product. To begin with, I'm addicted to scrolling through news, metaphysic rabbit holes on youtube or cooking...hahaha, wish it wasn't true but it's part of my personality and a habit I can't break. Recently, I noticed my brain was not firing as usual, I was starting to suffer from the a.m. fog syndrome and it was annoying. I chased it with a variety of different caffeine products, energy drinks - to no avail. I knew my vegan days of home baked bread and lightly tossed greens in nice olive oil plus a multi was maybe not enough. Finding this folic acid is a life changer for me, completely. After week one? I could tell, I was back to my annoying self, note taking and happily lost in data land again and back to only 1 cup of coffee, that's it! It's amazing! I am on my second bottle and I do take 2 in the a.m. every single day, brain transmitters are firing faster than everyone else's, my insatiable curiosity still driving my wonderment and joy, back fast thinking AND it's all natural, dogs are happier when mom is happy, I highlyrecommend it.

I have been taking this for over a year and swear by it. My family has a plethora of health issues. I suggested it to my cousin to try it and today she mentioned her B12 levels were at 720, just a couple months ago it was at 150! Her folate also shot up to >20 and was at 6 before! It’s honestly, a sleeper supplement and I can’t recommend it enough!!!

Thr product works however, the shipping is a problem. Last month the bottle came in cracked but it wasn't bad. This month however, the bottle is shattered. I am concerned about using the product because of the small glass shards that are everywhere.
