I have only been using this for a couple weeks so obviously there won't be much of a noticeable difference but I have pretty bad back acne and I don't feel that it has made my acne any worse but it also hasn't made my acne better. However, I know it takes some time before seeing results with skincare. I do like the feel of the scrubby beads inside though. Also, although it isn't intended for your face, I tried a little on my face and it definitely dries the heck out of your skin so do not do that. Though. I don't feel like my back has gotten dried out but that could be because my back has a lot of acne and oils so maybe my skin is being balanced out. It's worth a try, honestly.

This stuff does not smell nice so I usually use first then go over with a nicer smelling body soap. Haven’t seen much improvement but hoping I will soon.

I use this scrub a few times a week all over my body for exfoliation. Sometimes I use it on my face to get rid of my Retin A dry patches peeling and it is amazing! Have repurchased it already many times on auto delivery. 5 STARS!
