    These are sturdier than most disposable ramekins of this size. I can use them in my Instant Pot, which means that I can share my homemade creme brulee with friends without having to chase them down to return my ramekins afterwards.

    The containers give great presentation and are easy to use. What I do not care for is that about 10 containers delivered bent up and could not use them. Also labels do not adhere well to the tin.

    so mush better than the ones I purchased before that said they are foil, it was still paper and would not hold a little mosture, the bake good stuck them BUT thes ones are great full foil inside & out would buy these again.

    This is the first time I decide to make desserts in individual servings. The main reason being, leftovers are untouched! Used them to make flan and tembleque and they were a hit! Everyone like the grab and go situation. I like that I was able to divide leftovers without needing separate containers. Lids stayed on really well even during transport. I will be purchasing again!

    These cups are so much better than the old cupcake papers. I’ve never experienced such an easy transport with no messy sliding & sticking. The decorations stayed in place instead of ending up smeared on the papers. Freezing the cupcakes was easy, storage was organized & cupcakes were tasty when thawed.

    Excellent for Creme Brulee

    I purchased these cups to make creme brulee for a wedding and they performed very well. I put them in the oven (temp safe to 500f!), the fridge and the freezer with no issues. They did discolour when using a blowtorch directly on the side for too long, so be advised before torching them. Otherwise I have no complaints.
