My daughter received this as a gift a few years ago. Her younger brother recently discovered it and became obsessed with it. Because my daughter wouldn't share hers, and my son reached a big milestone - going on the big potty! - I ordered one for him as well. Initially, when I received it, it had the incorrect name stenciled on it. I immediately contacted the Seller and, not only did they refund me, I just received this product with the correct name on it. Now I feel bad for letting them know that i received the incorrect name in all caps!The only aspect I do not like is the markers. You'll need to put cardboard down under the picture they are drawing/coloring when using the markers as they bleed through the paper and stain your counter/table/desk/floor. I learned the hard way. Regardless, my interactions with the Seller were awesome and my son hasn't stopped drawing!

So far so good. The art colors and utensils seem to be of good quality, although I haven't used them since they are for a Christmas gift.I ordered a personalized an art case with a tight deadline, as this is a gift for a Salvation Army Angel Tree child. I was leery about a personalized gift with a tight deadline during the Christmas season, especially after reading some of the bad reviews. Well, when I received the art case it was cracked! It looked like someone may have stepped on it before it was packaged because the shipping box did not appear to have any footprints or indentions.I immediately called Bolo and the customer service rep reached out to the seller on my behalf. The seller immediately emailed me and got another case was shipped out on that same day.I received the replacement a day earlier than expected with no damage! My Christmas Tree Angel will receive his gift on time!
