5.0 out of 5 stars Good product
Accurate, well made (durable) and pleasing appearance. Support is sometimes starting to show slow degradation though. Still the product is a great value in my opinion.

I live my cricut machine! There’s nothing this can’t do, i love it! No complaints!
1.0 out of 5 stars Overhyped piece of garbage.
I've never owned a vinyl cutter before. So this is my first one. You'd think as a first time, I'd be more lenient on it since I have nothing to compare to. Nope. Here are the problems I have with this trash.1. Windows connection problems. All day. Every day. Bluetooth fails to connect on my windows laptop. Connects for 2 seconds, then disconnects. Cannot reconnect. Have to delete and re-add device. After 10 tries, still won't stay connected.2. Mac connection problems. Bluetooth connects to mac for about 10 seconds and the disconnects. OMG! 10 seconds! Better than the 2 seconds on a Windows device! Still can't reconnect. Have to delete and re-add device. After 3 attempts, it finally stays connected for no reason. No process was changed in that connection.3. USB connection. A USB does not need "connection" other than physically plugging the cable in. Somehow the software has it spinning and waiting for the "connection" to the device. And somehow even after a few seconds of waiting, it fails to "connect". I'm sitting there stupidly unplugging and replugging USB cable. Oh, and the software keeps bugging me to switch to bluetooth and defaults to the bluetooth option while in the Make prompts. I would if bluetooth worked...4. Calibration just doesn't work on Windows. After I load the printed calibration placed on the mat and I can see it get loaded by the cricut, that's it. Nothing happens after that. Wizard doesn't change, play button on cricut doesn't light up. Finally worked when it connects to a Mac5. Looked up all these connection problems and you are told to remove all other bluetooth devices paired with your computer because it needs to be the only device in the paired devices list. This is not a solution. Asking us to disconnect all bluetooth devices is absurd.I've only just read about all the reddit discussions of people getting their devices bricked and Cricut support staff blatantly saying they will deactivate the device if they try to sell it. This is unacceptable. There are countless stories of people getting their devices bricked for simply just loaning to a friend. All of this R&D went into security just so they can force people to buy new devices from them but I CAN'T EVEN GET THE CONNECTION TO WORK. This is absolutely not how you make a product or run a business. Company is scum.
4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent - Works Surprisingly Well
This is my first Cricut experience.Pro:+ Use the materials you like+ Stable software - installs on the first try and does not crash+ Fairly easy point and click cuttingCon:- Images imported to scale have to be rescaled every.single.time.- If USB is not connected, features are just grayed out with no explanation- The automated arrangement algorithm is very weak and generates enormous material waste- Saving material settings does not save the pressure setting- Uploaded images appear only as pictures, no descriptions. I have many that look alike and so I must delete and reload constantly to ensure I cut the right pattern and not waste material- Rollers lack a chamfer, so machine often lifts edges... placement on mat must be done with care- Upload display of recents is not very good... too few and names only displayed when highlightedBottom line: A good device that has some irritating/wasteful quirks, but excellent with no alternative.
Me encantó
Tenía miedo de comprarla pero no me arrepiento en nada, es muy fácil de usar tuve que ver un par de videos para entender pero en realidad es muy intuitiva
Not worth the stress, never cuts properly, buy a Silhouette instead.
I've been using my Cricut machine for 6 months now, and it only cuts properly with a ₹700/month Cricut Access subscription.Without it, the cuts are always off-center, I've ended up wasting thousands of rupees worth of paper.I've tried every workaround changing paper types, using matte tape on sensor marks, recalibrating multiple times, moving it to a brighter location, updating the firmware, and even using a different device.Despite this, customer service offers no real solution!I paid almost ₹40,000 for this machine, and it’s frustrating to be forced into a subscription just to use basic functions.Go for a Silhouette Cameo instead,Cricut is absolutely not worth it!
Machine cut wrong / FIXED
UPDATE MESSAGEAs mentioned the Cricut team support me all the time, and finally, after all the tests, they send me a new machine and this one works perfectly cut very nice and without any trouble, they also send me new material to replace the one that I used for the test and an extra blade, now this is the machine that I was expected! awesome and faster! 5 stars to the product and 5 stars to the Cricut team.ORIGINAL MESSAGEMy machine cut deeper than it supposes to do, doesn't cut even true all the width (on the sides deeper and at the center of the mat less deep), I contact Cricut Support several times, I made all the tests with the different pressures and materials they ask me to do, I also recorded a video to them, and then they send me a new blade to try it and the results were the same, today they deactivate my machine and they will send a new one, hope this new machine works, if that happens I will update this review with the new performance, at this moment is only 1 start and 5 starts to the support team, they are very nice, just takes forever to them to answer the phone... To be continued...
doesn't come with an australian 240v plug
now i have to order something else to use the machine i just paid over 500 for. nice.
