5.0 out of 5 stars Makes your life easier!
Not to sound dramatic but this little thing is the best thing I have bought in a long time, it does make your life easier. Refilling the small bottle that comes with the dispenser was a pain, hard to do and messy. With this little gadget not only is a breeze to refill, well actually you do not refill you replace the empty bottle with a new one, but you have to do it much less often because you can use it with the biggest dishwashing soap bottle you can find. I use the big bottle from Costco and I don’t even remember the last time I changed it. For the reviews that say it does not work they are probably putting it in the wrong direction, you have to make sure the valve is pointing the right direction READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, it’s all there well explained. First time you use it of course it will take a few pumps to start because the hose has to fill with soap before it reaches your dispenser, that’s just common sense. So summing up, works great, a simple thing that makes a real difference and cheap. What’s not to like, I would give it 10 stars if I could.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great purchase
I installed the tubing into the large liquid detergent bottle stored under the sink and soap came out of the dispenser after just a few pumps and continues working perfectly. Really like the convenience. Great purchase.
5.0 out of 5 stars Time-Saver!
Works as described. No more filling the tiny soap dispenser bottle. It's one of those items that you never knew you needed, that once you have it, you'll never be without it again!
4.0 out of 5 stars Works great so far!
I got tired of either crawling below the sink to take out and refill the soap bottle or, worse, trying to fill it from above (which is a guaranteed soapy mess). We saw a product similar to this in a short on social media and figured we'd look for one. So far, it's the best decision we've made in awhile. The Good: Pretty much everything. It was crazy easy to install, has a check valve so the soap doesn't retract back into the container between pumps, didn't take long at all for the initial prime, and delivers a reliable stream of soap. The Bad: Not really "bad" but it was a concern: the green silicon stoppers (two sizes are provided) fit the soap bottle perfectly; however, I expected the stopper to "grab" the hose a little better. Instead, the hose just passes right through with little resistance. It doesn't appear to affect performance, though. I guess I was just expecting more of an airtight seal. My biggest worry is that this might allow the hose to either come out of the bottle completely or just reposition itself enough that it stops drawing soap. Until that happens, though, I'll let it slide. The thing works. That's all that matters for now.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works great
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had these countertop dispensers in my kitchen for years, but always seemed to overflow the bottle when it was time to refill. We just finished remodeling the bathroom and wanted to try using a long hose directly into the bottle. I had reservations based on some negative reviews so initially I bought just one to try it out. It works great. But, I can see why someone might run into problems, so the following are troubleshooting suggestions:1) Read the instructions! If you’re still having trouble, then:2) The hose has a check valve. If you install the hose upside down it won’t work. The one-way valve is the white plastic part that is along the length of the hose. You can figure out which way it goes by a) the shorter end attaches to the pump. B) the white check valve has an arrow pointing ‘up’ towards the pump (it’s pretty hard to see), and c) the bottle end of the hose is cut on a diagonal (at least mine is).3) Make sure the hose doesn’t have a hole anywhere along the length (don’t puncture it accidentally or otherwise damage it). Have you ever tried drinking from a straw that has a tiny pinhole? To make sure there is no hole try blowing through the bottom of tube while blocking the top end with your finger.3) Make sure the soap or lotion isn’t too viscous. If it’s too thick the pump my not be strong enough to pull the liquid. Test the pump by sticking the end in a glass of water; if it pumps the water but not the soap you might try diluting it with water.4) Trim the length of the hose do it just hits the bottom of the bottle too short and the hose won’t be submerged when the level of the soap is below the end of the hose.5) If the pump still won’t pull the soap up the hose try filling a glass or other bottle with water and try priming the pump with water. If it works don’t drain the hose, just move the hose to your soap bottle and it should work.To address a different concern: there are two stopper tops included, one small and one larger. They push into the soap bottle; it should be a tight fit. Seems the diameter of most bottles are a bit a bit too big for the small cap. Use the large cap and push it in as far as it will go (probably only 1/3 of the stopper will go into the bottle neck).I’m happy with the extension hoses. I have these hooked up in the bathroom: one for soap and the other for lotion. They both work great. I’m going to buy another for the kitchen.
Fantastic!
Easy install, works well, and no more mess filling that stupid under-counter dish soap container
Buen producto
Muy práctico,. Lo conectas al envase en donde viene el jabón (2 lts) y te olvidas de estar llenando el dispensa de jabón por un buen tiempo.. yo lo uso en la cocina, para el jabón de lavar los trastes..,
Great!
Simply great, no worries of refill and easy to install. Good size as well. Definitely recommend.
Me sirve
Esta fué la solución para evitar el uso incómodo bajo el fregadero.
Good - But overpriced
It does the job well and Im happy with the purchase, I DONT HAVE TO REFILL ANYMORE! But I feel it's too expensive for the material itself. I think $10 would be more fair.
