Almost done testing all of the strands, so far so good. A couple of tidbits about the lights that I was trying to find but couldn’t. The set I got came with 10 strands of 50 pixels (500), x-connect fittings, and it had a couple of 3-2-3 T’s and an additional x-connect connector. Just in case you’re wondering.

Last minute add to Christmas display and I needed a few more pixels. They were perfect and the price was great for last minute purchase. The pixels are sturdy and the wire is as close to 18g as others. Very happy with the quality of the product. I ended up needing 1k 12volt pixels and 3k 5volt. Not a single bad pixel.

I bought 1050 of these LEDs for a mega tree project. No dead pixels or strands. The 500 packs came with enough injectors so I could inject every 100 LEDs. That's key because the wire of these is only 20AWG. I would have preferred 18AWG for less voltage drop and better durability but can't complain too much for the price.

They look very good. I am using these on a side by side vehicle. You have to buy a 3 pin controller to make these work. I had to cut the plug off the end and spliced it to the controller. The controller is where the programming occurs. I did not get a sophisticated controller because I didn't need elaborate patterns.

I bought multiple sets of these the first time in October of 2021. They were five star and worked great for my holiday display with no failures and the quality was top notch. Fast forward to October 2022. Wanted to purchase them again to add to my light show. Saw they dropped in price and so using the option from my previous order to purchase again, I ordered them. Got them two days later only to be very disappointed. First thing I noticed is that the connectors had changed and would not directly connect to the previous year sets. Which since I'm talking connectors, the ones that REXTIN offers in a 10 pack would not work with last years or this years sets. I decided that the different connect would not be enough to return so started testing each string which they all worked. Started mounting into my props and that is when I became aware of the quality issues and another major difference in the sets from the year before. This years light are shorter in between each pixel by almost 3/4 on an inch. If you want to do 3 inch spacing, forget it. I'm doing 2 and 3/8 inch spacing and still had to fight a few as the spacing is inconsistent between pixels. Mainly this is due to the wires being poorly placed in the epoxy or that the epoxy fused them wires together. Speaking of the epoxy, the pixel cups were either not filled all the way, which I would almost guaranty that water would get in, or they were too full, making the bottom bigger than the top of the pixel. My fingers hurt so bad from trying to put these into my props. Last years went in with no trouble. Additionally, the epoxy was pretty much all over a lot of the pixels. I've purchase REXTINs other pixels with the push together connectors at a lower price and they were better quality than these higher priced one. Good Job REXTIN for losing what would have been a loyal customer had you not dropped your quality. I found it amusing that this year strings have a QA tag on them which has OK checked. My assumption is that OK has nothing to do with the quality of the products manufacturing but that they at least turn on. As for Bolo not putting a warning that the product specs had changed when I used the "Order Again" option, shame on you. That is bate and switch in my book since you used the same url. I hope this review saves a return buyer the pain of going through the same thing I dealt with and for new customers that see the positive reviews from 2021, know that the products quality has changed since then.

Pack of 500 (10× 50) just arrived, and so far in testing all appear to be working. xConnect connectors and also came with 3 xConnect power injector pigtails, which is great!

Multiple strings were twisted on the starting and ending wires in the epoxy and wouldnt lay flat and looked like they were streched to the max. In 4 days i had 2 pixels go bad......The plus side is there are a bunch of power injection T', that are included, that are very robust and a few extra female and male connections in order to run from prop to prop without soldering a direct connection to each. I ended up cutting out the bad start and end pixels as i didnt trust them so a bit of extra time was spent.
