Really easy to apply. I used a foam brush and applied it to my plywood subfloor before installing the peel and stick tiles. The odor dissipates after a few hours, but nothing outrageous.

Went down easy. Good coverage. Dried quickly. It is yet to be determined how well the tiles stick to it.

Watery latex paint. Used it in one section and the tile stuck worse than without it. Tried regular latex primer and that actually worked a bit better, and that's cheaper. Wouldn't recommend.

I’m not sure that if will do what it says it will do on the bottle.It du go on the floor quite easily but It was awfully thin and tended to leave puddles on my bathroom floor.

It worked great just pour a little on the floor used a napped roller to spread it around. Who's in a small 4 ft x 3 ft laundry area I wish they came in a smaller quantity because I have a lot left over outside of that perfect

This was so much easier to use than I thought it would be. Goes on so easy. Pours out sort of like milk and spreads easily. Makes a nice surface for sticky tile. And dries really fast. Also does not smell that bad.

Made no difference
This primer made no difference in adhering my peel and stick tiles (same brand). The tiles look so bad I am having the flooring replaced.
