    I really like these vitamins. Not only are they a probiotic, but they also help for Womens Health! I feel like that’s such a priority!They do not crumble or fall apart in your mouth, you can take them on an empty stomach, and they do not bother you. Like any vitamin, they came safely, packaged, and a cute bottle, honestly. So far so good.

    I was not sure what to expect from a probiotic that is inexpensive and doesn't need refrigeration - but it is amazing and one of the best I've used. It comes in fairly small, flavorless, easily dissolvable pills and is a breeze to swallow. Taking it regularly, I feel as if I have more energy and less grogginess. I used to get really gassy and bloated when eating certain foods (like wheat bread) but with this, I don't. It also does absolute wonders for your bathroom trips - everything is smooth and regular!

    I am very picky when it comes to pills especially ones that I don’t necessarily have to take, so finding ones that I will tolerate can be hard. Despite their size these don’t get stuck to your tongue/throat, I haven’t noticed a taste at all (although the bottle has a very odd smell), and this is a great product for a very low cost compared to other probiotics. I haven’t had any issues or gotten any new infections since being on it even after an antifungal and an antibiotic! I will be continuing to use these.

    I guess I was trying to save a few bucks and buy probiotic tablets. I like the capsules better. They keep you more regular. These didn't do anything for me

    My wife asked me to help select a supplement with probiotic support for feminine and digestive health needs. I selected this one as it stood out on several factors including combining D-Mannose with probiotics, the protective coating which supposedly helps preserve the probiotics in the stomach so they can largely reach the gut microbiome, the detail it provides on the dosage for each particular ingredient (including for each probiotic strain which is unique compared to most), and its reasonable price relative to similar products. She started taking it alongside some other supplements, so it is hard to attribute result to any one supplement in particular at the moment especially only after a couple of weeks, but she has commented that the supplement is the most pleasant and easiest to take each morning. Oral medication, vitamins, and supplements are normally uncomfortable for her to take.
