Because of the metal container, packaging is odd. It would be much more convenient to package in a plastic container with a seal. Instead it's in a metal container and the contents are one large clump of mainly garlic in a sealed plastic bag. I actually moved all mine to a different container. It seems this product is mainly a garlic powder taste and smell. There are better chimmichurri seasonings out there but it's very acceptable. Debating between 3 and 4 stars.

You need very little or a lot - using this seasoning - but it doesn't disappoint in flavor. It depends on the cut of meat you grill or have on a Spit. Make sure you like some Heat - because it is in there. The packaging is also great.
