I already owned the coffee mug version of this product (with a handle and holds fewer ounces) and I use it EVERY DAY. It keeps my coffee nice and hot. I've bought several more of those as gifts for clients and now my husband has one, too, and had to learn to wait a little bit to drink his coffee so he didn't burn his lips. I bought the taller 20 ounce version to use for cold drinks in the evening when I'm sitting outside in this very hot summer. The ice does not melt. Even if I end up leaving it on the counter in the house over night, there's still ice in the tumbler in the morning. Great product.

I love them so much that I’ve purchased 5. Anytime they go on sale I grab one. I really like the size and shape of this mug. Fits nicely in my hand. The lid does have a tight seal but not 100% leakproof. It’s good to carry to your car, put it in the cup holder, and then carry it to your desk. It stays hot though the drinking process but if you’re a slow drinker it might not stay that hot. I love that it’s a thin lip and a wide mouth so you really can experience the aroma of your beverage while consuming it. The only downside is the white one, which is often on sale. As you can see from the picture it scratches easily and the saying is incorrect. I believe it should say, “She believed she could so she did.” Not “She believed she could she so did.” Definitely buy any color but the white. I highly recommend.

The best feature is that you can take the lid apart completely to wash it unlike other ones I’ve tried. The dark red color is beautiful and it washes well in dish washer.

I feel that the opening is too large so too much fluid comes out at once so I have to be very careful when drinking. The body of the container is a little too big to fit my hand comfortably. It did keep my beverage hot for a long time.

Overall, this was a very nice cup. It's sleek, easy to handle, clean, and store. The lid fits snugly on the top and the slider gives plenty of room to drink from directly or to use a straw. However, please understand while this cup does minimize some spills it is nice leakproof. So, if you have liquid inside and tip it over or turn it upside down, that liquid will pour out all over the place. Nevertheless, it is a decent cup. I do not think it's work the amount of money being charged considering the fact that it is not leakproof, it not dishwasher safe (except for the lid, the actual cup needs to be washed by hand) and it barely qualifies as spill proof. However, if you just want to add a fairly sleek overpriced looking cup with a lid to your collection then it might be a good investment. I can say that it is durable! It is a purchase that I regret because I could have gone to Walmart and purchased a cup that is spill proof, leakproof, and dishwasher safe for about that same amount.

I deliver mail for a living. I use this cup while delivering along my route. It can get upwards of 110° in my truck. They do not come with a/c. This cup keeps my water cold making Rehydration easier and more enjoyable. It's a must have durning the hot summer months in south MS.

It can’t keep the hot beverage hot more than an hour
It just keeps hot coffee or tea maximum an hour warm i summer weather. I doubt it’s performance gona worst in winter
