The directions say to mix one packet with 16 ounces of water – your choice in temperature. It mixes but also settles. But it didn’t taste grainy – just must be heavier arts to it. I found myself giving good swirls to my shaker cup before I would take a drink. This way everything was mixed.The flavor is quite interesting. It is almost like tea - reminiscent of like a flavored tea – that is as close as I could describe it. It is actually quite pleasant to me at 16 ounces but you could always add more water if you wanted. I usually do as most direction do not say to add enough for me – but these directions seem accurate. I do chuckle how everything is a "superfood" lately. This drink mix is labeled a superfood, but it's basically a somewhat healthy drink. It does taste like mint and lime - lightly - which aren't bad together. It mixes in water pretty well - not awesome, but good enough. I can't tell if there are health benefits: "calming" is subjective. But the ingredients are healthy so I'll easily finish the 10 packets in this box.

I do not know why but mint always makes me feel perky. I selected this because all my life I have had nails that bend and tear. My mother had me drink unfllavored gelatin but it did not work. I looked up the terapine mushroom, one of the ingriedients and found that it is good for the gut. If it makes my nails or gut better, that will be wonderful. I really like the minty lime flavor!

This drink has a nice minty flavor and mixes well if used in a shaker. It’s delicious on its own or can be mixed into a smoothie. The health benefits seem promising and since I am recently postpartum my hair, skin and nails are suffering lately. I’m hoping this drink is helping reduce the amount of hair loss and nail breakage I normally would have after having a baby and so far it hasn’t been too bad. It’s a little pricey but the health benefits seem to make it worth it. Would recommend.

I don't know if this is a "SUPER" drink, but it's fun to drink and the lime mint flavor is a nice pick me up if you have a tired afternoon. This easily mixes with water and the packets are convenient, especially if you are traveling.
