Fabric is lightweight and design is well done. It fits like a pullover poncho but there are no openings for your arms. That mean if you raise your arms, the whole top goes up in the air. I actually added armholes about halfway down and it fits a lot better

I love it it’s very simple! Comes with the cute headband too. I bought my own tights. I got the standard size and I’m about 5’3” and kind of smaller and it fits just fine. Definitely a good idea to wear something under it because you can see everything when you’re lifting your arms up lol. Kind of a cheap fabric but I think that’s how all halloween costumes are right?

The cape was fine. It was jumbled up in the packaging and clearly worn/returned by someone. I had to peel the costume apart because the glitter web lines were melted together. It worked for the night I needed it. Just would've appreciated it being listed as previously opened.

I go to a Halloween party every year where everyone goes all out. I do not because I can’t stand spending a lot of money on something I’ll wear once. Did this compare to most of the costumes there? Absolutely not. Was it respectable enough to not feel dumb? Eh, sure, with some fishnet stockings added. For an easy last minute costume for most people whose friends aren’t like mine, I think it’s great. All you need besides the fishnet stockings are a black t-shirt and black shorts (assuming you don’t want to flash people) and shoes of course. It’s a cheap material, but that’s exactly what I expected. My one real complaint that I took a star off for is that I found it annoying to not be able to lift my arms without lifting the whole thing. I didn’t feel the need to show off my black shorts or keep my arms glued to my side all night. There could have been some slits or something to fix that. I took some scissors to it five minutes into the party.I saw a couple of one and two star reviews from people saying it didn’t glow in the dark as it said in the description. The description says it has a glow effect. It doesn’t. It has glitter. I think that’s more likely the result of a description written by a non-native English speaker than someone trying to pull one over on customers. It’s pretty obvious it doesn’t actually glow in the dark and I think that would be featured in the pictures if it did. Anyway, I don’t think it deserved those reviews, but don’t be fooled by “glow effect” in the description.Overall it’s a decent costume. Too expensive, but all Halloween costumes are too expensive. At least it’s fairly comfortable which is top of my list of Halloween costume priorities.
