Yes, I understand I can use an extension cord. But, I do wish the cord was longer soI can reach my shower, or the passenger side of my car. Other than that, this clean virtually everything perfectly. My bathroom tile floor grout looks brand new, the soap scum on my glass shower doors, came right off. It was great. When you press the button it gets very hot so o do have to use a cloth when I’m using it for a long period of time. It’s easy to assemble, warms up quickly and is very durable. If you need to refill the system, you have to unplug it and let it cool before you can unscrew the top to refill. There is no water leakage when you are steaming, unless you try to steam before it is fully warm, which you will know when it is fully warm because the red light goes out. Again, for the money, it does what I need it to do and I would but it again!! I clean a lot with this!

This product is awesome! I have used it all over my house. From disinfecting light switches, to taking away the grime on my grout in my shower. It is amazing, effortless, and so efficient. The best part is it disinfects everything! I totally recommend this product!

I wish I had taken photos or videos because this thing is AWESOME! And really does a great job. It’s easy to use and the container holds quite a bit of water so it can last for a good amount of time depending on what adapter/head you’re using. I used it on my glass sliding door, the baseboards behind my trash can which were pretty disgusting lol and I plan to continue to use it for so much more ! Only thing I wish it had was a little cloth or something to go over the straight edge/squeegy tool or to use on the couch or fabric. But I still love this thing!

This steam cleaner was really affordable with lots of accessories, to be honest I think it's more accessories than I'd ever use. I tried it out hoping to get some grime from the grout in my shower, but no luck. I was hoping to find an easier alternative to scrubbing with cleaner, but I guess I'm going to have to continue that method. I'm not sure if it's just the steam cleaner not being strong/hot enough, but I expected better results. I read through the manual and even checked out the videos from the manufacturer that were included in the product, but I still feel like this product is not strong enough with what I felt like was a basic task. I'm going to keep on the lookout for maybe another higher quality item. To be honest, I think it was just very gimmicky with all the accessories and not really focusing on quality. I'm pretty disappointed with this purchase. I guess this would make an okay steam cleaner for clothing and curtains, but if you want to do regular cleaning using just steam, I suggest you look for a better device.Another suggestion for the manufacturer:I wish it were easier to see the level of water left in the machine, using it for the first time I wasn't sure how much water it uses or how long it would take. The included measuring cup was nice, but it would be awesome if I could see how much is left so I can refill and do my job more efficiently.I found the lid for opening and closing the item to also be kind of loose, I did not have a lot of confidence ensuring it was sealed correctly and was afraid to open it until it was completely turned off. I did not see any warnings if that was okay or not to do, so I thought I'd be safe than sorry then waited a while for it to cool down.

Didn't work and was not heating.
I got the item looked new but didn't heat , even I switched it on for 30 mins. Returned the item and asked for replacement but it was lost on its way. So canceled the order and got full refund.
Power button hard to push with arthritic hands
I expected there to be a feature that could keep the steam going without having to hold the button down the whole time (because the picture shows the person not holding the button down to use) but there wasn't. It was very hard to use with arthritis in both hands needing to both press the button down and hold the steamer at the same time. The steamer also took a long time to clean a little bit of grease off a small area of my kitchen back splash above the stove. I've used other products that work faster and better.
