I have used this cup for 2 months now and am so happy I made the switch from tampons. My cramps have been less painful compared to using tampons (so far). I would have to take ibuprofen and aspirin to manage before because my cramps were so unbearable and would cause me to call off work. Now my cramps are less painful and I don’t have to take nearly as many pills for pain. I do experience some leaking, but it’s manageable with a liner. I’ve noticed my period is also shorter by a day. My heaviest bleeding lasts 2 days and then will have light bleeding for 2-3 days after compared to my usual 3-4 heavy days and 2 days of light bleeding after with tampons. It took some getting used to with inserting and pulling it out (almost panicked my first time using because it got stuck), but I can get it out no problem by pushing while I slowly pull the hook. I highly recommend trying it out!

I was very hesitant initially, but once I tried it I was very impressed! No leaks. But will definitely require practice to insert correctly. I’d suggest soaking before use because it has a strong smell when opened for the first time..

This is my third cup I’ve purchased from this brand. It’s very easy to use. The only issue I have with this cup is that the pull loop eventually wears at the base and comes off the cup. This happens after a year of use.

The ring at the end of this one is a game changer. This is the perfect cup, size and design. I was really unwell using another brand and design but this one is perfect. It is the best starter cup in my opinion and makes the transition from tampons great!

I have tried a thousand different menstrual cups and this is perfect in size and it has the loop to easily remove. The bulb is dense enough that it inflates easy (not too soft that it stays collapsed) viv for the win

I’ve been using the diva cup for about 7 years, and this is like a new and improved version. The loop is SO much easier to grab than the stem of the diva cup is. And it’s a tad more soft and flexible, which just makes it more comfortable to get in and out because it doesn’t pop open with as much force. And the black color just makes more sense because it hides the stains. I wouldn’t change anything about it. It’s absolutely perfect.

I am a 10 plus year veteran cup user. This cup is a little softer than what I am used to. It did not pop open after insertion and needed more adjusting for position.
