5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome style, Great Quality and Unbelievable Value!
I’ve been a skier and snowboarder for a long time (grew up a mogul skier and am an advanced, not expert, snowboarder). I’ve worked in the ski industry and have tried a lot of different gear. Have had 4-5 pairs of Smith and Oakley googles in the last 15 years, including $250+ photochromatic Smith’s. And this are similar to all those goggles in quality and function.I bought this and an extra lens. I’ve used the goggles 4 days in varying conditions. One day was snowing all day in low light. One day was bright sun and 2 days were changing light conditions. The goggles performed great in all conditions.I used the Blaze lens on the snow day and the Ice lens on the other 3 days. Changing out the lenses was easy- a bit more force required than the promo video, but overall very easy. For the price, I decided I’d go with the replacement lens, and it’s awesome having the option, but I think if you went with only the Ice or the Sapphire lens, I think you’d be fine in nearly all conditions except night skiing. As much as I really like this goggle, no goggle is perfect so to give a balanced review there are two items I’d note:1). The field of view is slightly smaller than my Smiths. Despite the rimless and the Smith’s not, the internal foam on this shrinks down the view a bit compared to the Smith’s. Very minor issue and in 2-3 runs you get used to the view. Also, I think this are designed to be worn just a bit lower on my face and once I did that it solved any reduced view issues.2). In very windy conditions (20+ mph winds), I did get more wind through the goggles than my Smiths, but the Smiths were not an interchangeable lens and this are my first interchangeable lens.
5.0 out of 5 stars Glad I settled on these ones!
The amount of options for snowboarding goggles is really overwhelming. I'm really glad I settled on these ones after a long decision process. I like the color and I like the magnetic feature and ease of switching between lenses (I still wouldn't trust myself to do that on the lift by the way!). I think they're a great value for the money.
4.0 out of 5 stars Reasonably priced and I love them. They do the job for what I use them for.
I've had good luck with these lenses for being a reasonable price. I realize they are more for ski goggles. I have a very small face so if I was using them as ski goggles they might be a bit big. No problems with fogging. The only thing that would be nice is the silicone strips for helmet grip as the band seems to lose elasticity with time on a helmet. They do allow a decent amount of air in on sub zero temps, though I do realize these are more of a ski goggle. Something to keep in mind. I use a thicker balaclava with these to help with that. Your face is going to get red on faster speeds if using for snowmobiling or motocross.I can wear the orange lens into night but theres not much contrast to the snow. These are best for very sunny to part cloudy days. If there is an overcast (mostly cloudy) the snow tends to lose it's contrast. The yellow actually works better on cloudy days for me. The clips on the sides are a bit annoying though. One clip has trouble closing already but the magnets are very good quality. They do scratch easily so I suggest getting a HARD case to put them in.
5.0 out of 5 stars Just Buy! You won’t Regret.
LOVE! Was a bit hesitant to get bc it’s off brand and pretty cheap, but don’t let any of those scare you away!!! High quality and high tech for such a cheap price! I love how easy it is to change lenses and NO HELMET GAP!!!!! The extra night lens that comes with the goggles just seals the deal. My only complaint is they didn’t put any silicone grips on the strap. But I wear my goggles under my helmet anyways or I do have a helmet strap, so that doesn’t bother me too much.P.S. I was worried they were gonna be too big bc I’m a small female with a small face, but nope! They aren’t too big! They are a bigger frame that allows for a wider range of view, but not so much so that it’s uncomfortable & plugging my nose. I’ve definitely had too big of goggles like that before and you won’t have to worry about that with these. The area around the nose is pretty wide and so allows for plenty of room for all sizes of noses.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Goggles - fit over glasses and didn't fog up! Couldn't ask for more.
Used the Googles for the first time today. It was 20 degrees and snowing, with 20 inches of powder at the resort. They did great. I loved having the option to switch lenses. Having the ability to pop off the lens was great too if you take a bad crash and snow gets in - easy to clean. They didn't fog up and I was able to use my glasses underneath. Very happy with my purchase. Will buy again for my kids.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love it so much
The media could not be loaded. These are the best goggles I’ve ever bought Super good quality and amazing. For nighttime and daytime. Used it lots. And love it. The magnet feature is amazing, and the clip for extra protection. Best product ever. Super good price. Comes with nice bag.
3.0 out of 5 stars Fogs Up
I purchased these goggles in November 2023 for $30. I’ve only worn them once. I love how large the lenses are and that they are magnetic lenses so you can swap them out. There’s also an additional clip so you can make sure they’re secure. The biggest downside to these goggles is that they fog up. I snowboard and having a clear line of sight is so important. If these goggles had anti-fog I would’ve rated them higher.
5.0 out of 5 stars HANDS DOWN The Best Goggles for the Price
The media could not be loaded. IF you are looking for a sign to purchase some new goggles, here it is!I've have a hand full of goggles that I have gone through, and These are by far my most favorite for the price, fit, and look.I really hate polarized goggles because it makes it hard for me to see the edges and shadows of ramps and jumps making it hard to take off and land. So I bought these with the 30%VLT. Wearing these is like wearing clear lens with a hint of grey. These fit great and do not fog up like some expensive pairs I have used before.I love everything about these goggles and cant wait to take them out again this weekend!
Great bang for the buck on these goggles
Great goggles at this price point
Best fitting and easy change
Love them ! Better than my $200 ones
Good quality goggles.
I've skied for 30 years and have used various goggles throughout that time. My $230 goggles are good but the strap is tight around my helmet, fit is good but not perfect, too much air flows through. So... I picked up a pair of the Odoland goggles and could not be more impressed by the fit and quality. Size for my face is great. Fit around my face and nose are great. Visibility up/down left/right are better than my other goggles. Optiks are about the same. Swapping lenses is way easier than my other goggles, take no time at all with the Odolands. Very impressed. These will be my main goggles now, my expensive pair will become my backups.
I can see clearly now!
Great set up, used multiple of times now. Great vision and clarity. With number of choices in colours and options. Perfect for the price
AMAZING daytime goggles
These are the perfect daylight goggles. They come with a backup lens too which I haven"t needed to use yet. They were with me all season at the park and had some pretty tough falls and have stayed in perfect shape! Im pretty picky on my goggles and honestly they are so comparable to my oakley goggles and a fraction of the price.
