I've used this pan for a couple months now and am in love with it. Once or twice a week I cook a multi-veg and meat stir-fry in it and just love how everything cooks up FAST, even if it's not hear the center. Then, simmering with a sauce goes fast too. Easy clean-up. This one's a keeper.
