This was decent, but honestly not worth the $10/container. I found the chimichurri it makes entirely too vinegar-forward and sour, which was unpleasant. I actually prefer this mix for things other than chimichurri, just using it as a seasoning. I will stick with just making fresh chimichurri, which is not at all difficult or time consuming, tastes better, and costs significantly less.

I have been using this stuff so much more than I thought I would. Aside from making a great chimichurri sauce, it makes for an excellent seasoning for marinating beef, chicken, and fish. I love putting a dash of this on both sides of my steak, along with my usual spices, and it really adds excellent flavor. These two bottles go a very long way.
