My son works out a lot, so he needs the extra electrolytes. I was buying these at Walmart and they were just getting too pricey. It wound up being cheaper to buy in bulk on Bolo (and I did subscribe and save for more discounts). You can definitely tell it has electrolytes because it has a slightly salty taste.

Gatorlyte is a wonderful hydration drink. My husband isn't well and has trouble staying hydrated as he has very frequent urination. This product has helped him so very much. He isn't as weak as he was since he has been taking Gatorlyte. He drinks one 20 oz bottle everyday. We are on automatic delivery for Gatorlyte.
