Console arrived defective and the console was a used console, (did not have the packaging that comes on a new unit) send numerous messages to the seller and after about 5 days received a response. finally got a refund but seller charged a 45$ restocking fee.. what??Restocking fee for what was supposed to be a new console, arrived defective, and then I should have to pay for a restocking fee too ?I don't think so!! Pretty good scam to send customers a used defective item and then gain the money for what is supposed to be a restocking fee of 45 $ for each time it is returned! A perfect circle of send- return - make 45$- and resend to other unsuspecting customers to make another 45$.
