5.0 out of 5 stars If I could choose one piece of cookware to use for everything, this is it.
I was tired of my cheap nonstick pans mangling my sunny-side up eggs and needing to float them in too much oil or butter to make them not stick, so I decided to splurge on a nice pan. This one wasn't actually that more expensive.First of all, you have to attach the handle to the pan since it's disassembled for shipping, and THEY INCLUDED A FULL SIZED MAGNETIC SCREWDRIVER in the package just for this purpose. Not a one-use mini wrench, a Phillips screwdriver that's going into my toolbox. Easy assembly, a screw and a pressure ring attaches the handle.I got the 10" pan and it's the perfect size. It's heavy without being awkward, the handle is sturdy (It's a resin, but looks like wood) the glass lid has a vent and also vents through the side pour spout which is handy if you're making gravy or a sauce. The sides are high enough that you could deep fry flat or small items like funnel cake or dumplings or French fries, or pan-fry a couple pieces of bone-in chicken with the lid on since there is extra clearance. You could actually boil pasta in this thing. I'm actually going to try popping popcorn in it next chance I get.This thing passes the fried egg test: After I cleaned it the first time, I heated the pan and cracked one egg into the dry pan, no butter or oil. After the bottom set enough, the egg slid across the pan and and cooked perfectly with the lid on - crispy bottom, top set, yolk just glazed over but still liquid for toast dipping. In fact, I was able to slide the cooked egg out of the pan with no other utensil when it was done, and since there's no oil the pan is barely dirty - ready to go again after a wipe with a towel. I've taken all the other random pans off my stove and this is what I'm using going forward.

This pan is a winner for me. It’s a good size, handle and pan is comfortable to use. The pan is pretty light weight which I love. Easy to clean and the non stick works well for certain things I like to fry. Before using the pan the instructions say to use a little bit of oil to keep it a little lubricant which works fine for me. By actually doing that it makes the cooking easier. After done you should have the pan completely cool down. Makes it easier to clean. I would recommend this pan.

I was looking for a sturdy non-stick pan for camping/overlanding. This one seemed to fit the bill. It was even nicer in quality than I expected for the price. Everything about it is sturdy and rugged enough for throwing in a camp box and using out on the trail. It has a nice non-stick surface that cooks nicely and is super easy to clean. The only complaint is that I did see some marks in the bottom from the cooking utensils after the third time I used it but it hasn't seemed to cause any issues while cooking or cleaning so far. Overall pretty impressed and happy with this purchase.

Sensarte is great. They make a very solid product for a very good price. If you want a saucepan to last 20 years, this is just not the correct product for you. even the most expensive non stick pan only lasts 2-3 years before you need to replace it due to the finish wearing off. why not spend less and still have a great 2-3 years. this is where Sensarte comes in. these are REALLY non stick and are also very nice looking.

Great pan. Can make a large recipe and the pan cleans very easily. It is a little on the heavy side so harder to manipulate with one hand... that is the only drawback.

I want to first say that this pan is pretty good quality for the price and a great size for just about anything. I like that I can boil some pasta in it, fry bacon and eggs, or even bake with it. The lid is very good quality and easy to clean as is the pan itself. I have used this almost on a daily basis for 6 months and the finish is just now sort of wearing down, but not bad and I can and will use this for at least another 6 months to a year which is longer use than most other pans I have bought recently. I do use cast iron and nothing will beat that for use and wear, but sometimes you just want to fry some eggs and sausages quickly and easily with minimal cleaning. I plan on buying this band again.

Since last March I have bought 3 different pans from this company to replace my other ones, which started to stick after a few short years.Really like them because:1. They are very easy to clean.2. You can cook with very little oil (I use a brush to spread it on the entire surface of the pan).3. Food does not stick to them at all.4. Better texture and look of final cooked food (I regularly make spanish omelettes and braised meats).5. They work directly on my induction stove top.As with most pans, is not recommended to heat up too high before use, to heat up before coating with oil, to run under water while it is still hot, to use metal spoons or cut directly on it.5. The non-stick coating is made in the EU, where they have stronger restrictions on toxic materials and compounds.

Unreal, I am in love with the best skillet I have ever had in my 60 years of cooking. First, the care and packaging of the skillet and its lid were outstanding - thoughtfully designed to protect the contents. Next, the weight of the skillet is comparable to a cast iron without the problems of cast iron. I can even bake with it (makes the best corn bread, etc.) The lid and handle are constructed with materials so that they are never too hot. It even came with a tool to properly attache the handle. Outstanding craftsmanship and design!
