I bought mine in May of 2023 & it was working great. Holds enough soap, easy to refill, is hands free & has no leakage.Then about a month ago, even when changing the batteries out, it stopped working. Any chance I can get a replacement?

This item is the best thing I have bought in a long time. It looks great in the kitchen, and if it is plated it matches perfectly. It is a way to optimize the use of detergent and not spill it all over the counter. You can control the amount you want to use, and the batteries last a long time, it uses AA batteries. If what you are looking for is something practical and comfortable as a detergent dispenser for dishes, this is the best, believe me!

This has been a fantastic upgrade to my. bathroom, It gives the bathroom a modern, sleek look and adds a touch of convenience. The dispenser is incredibly efficient, automating your handwashing, and making handwashing so much easier, especially when my hands are dirty and I don't want to touch a pump dispenser. It helps keep the area clean and mess free, especially when you have multiple children, that constantly dirty the pump when touching it. The only real downside I can think of is that sometimes the sensor gets triggered and you get soap on the counter, but that is easily avoided.One of the best features is the generous soap capacity. It holds enough soap to last for 2-4 months, depending on usage, and household size, which means fewer refills and more convenience. When it's time to refill, the process is straightforward and quick. Love this automatic soap dispenser, it's a great addition to any bathroom, combining style, functionality, and hygiene in one great product. Highly recommend it!

This conveniently sized dish soap dispenser is one of the most amazing techs I’ve bought in a long time. The adjustable dispensable amounts feature is a plus. The price was unbeatable and currently is keep my sink area dry and clean. I will be getting more of these down the road for my bathrooms.

My initial review is below. It looks like the seller stands by their product. They have contacted me and are sending a replacement dispenser, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Hopefully this one runs as well as the good one that I have, which has been working flawlessly so far.I ordered 2 units. Both are filled with standard hand soap. One is still working well, while the other no longer dispenses soap. Opening it confirmed that the motor itself has failed. If the motor is manually advanced past the stuck point, it will work for one pump and then fails. Voltage is going to the motor, but it fails to continue during part of its rotation. I'm assuming that there's an issue with the stator and/or rotor in that unit. $20 for 70% of a year is disappointing.
It works!
It doesn’t clog up, the sensor is high under the spout so it doesn’t accidentally go off when something gets close to it. You can adjust how much soap dispenses, and clear reservoir so it’s easy to fill.

So far love it
Have only had this product for 2 months but so far love, far superior to another model and brand of automatic soap dispenser I used previously. Quick and easy to set up, easy to refill, allows you to control how much soap is dispensed, and can easily see the level of soap left in the reservoir. I have been using it for hand soap in my kitchen and it gets a lot of daily use. I have liked it so much I am ordering a second one for my bathroom. We'll see how they hold up long term, but so far love it.
